Scam, you pay but then they want to charge you more than advertised on their website!
Scam, Scam, Scam! I ordered my glasses and lenses, paid and waited. Then I had a message to ask me to pay an additional £47 as my prescription was complex! Yet I put my prescription onto the website and it calculated the cost so why would I have to pay a further sum. These are nothing other than scammers trying to get more money for something you have already paid for - a great way of pretending to be a good value online service when actually the prices are higher as they come back asking for more money. I have told them to honour my order or I will take it further as consumers have rights too and I may have to drive to Leicestershire to discuss it face to face. I dont recommend them.

No glasses and no reply
Weeks and weeks down the line, I am still waiting for my reglazed glasses to return to me. Emails to Perfect Glasses are being ignored and I have no idea whether or not I have just wasted my money and a good set of frames. I do not recommend this business!!!

This online “businesses” is one of many that have found loop holes and legal ways to scam people, and I’ll tell you how. 1. Order your glasses and input your subscription 2. Receive an email pestering you about paying more money for what they call a more “suitable” lens and then get sent the invoice 3. Pay the invoice which you then are paying twice now for a lens (this is the trick) 4. Receive the poor quality glasses and realise you’ve paid an extortionate amount for a lens that very obviously isn’t on your frame 5. Bring this to there attention Via there support email and be told you paid a different amount (less/cheap) for your lens even though you can clearly see you did not as the breakdown summary of what you paid for can be seen via Order reference number. Avoid these weirdos at all costs, they are scammers and conduct fraudulent “business” practices. They find ways to overcharge to blindsight you from there dodgy refund policy.

Misleading Delivery - Shocking Quality
Quoted 3 days for delivery, took weeks (seems typical for the company). Glasses arrived and feel unbelievably cheap, with a case that feels even cheaper. Not worth the minor savings compared to main brands

Charlatans and rogues- do not use
Charlatans and rogues- do not use. Ordered and paid for a special prescription glasses - after some delays and chasing glasss arrived but they have omitted the prescription! So I have paid a lot of money for a plastic frame with clear lenses that I could have bought on the high street for a fiver. I have called and emailed daily but no response at all! So don’t bother using them because you will simply be conned!
