Automatic 1-star review due to hidden…
Automatic 1-star review due to hidden subscription enrollment and severe shipping delays. The advertised 3–5 business day delivery is false; they sent an email two days after the order saying it was shipped, that was 4 days ago and the the package still not handed off to the carrier. Regardless of how well the product performs, I refuse to support a brand that relies on deceptive billing and inaccurate shipping timelines.

Hopefully 2nd times a charm
I gave it a 3 because the scent I ordered was not great even after wearing it for a week. I did however order the Creed Aventus scent hoping that will be better. I ordered the bakarat sent which my wife didn’t like.

I initially placed an order with Penrose Skin more than a month ago. I have now been charged again for a new order that I did not knowingly place or approve. I was extremely surprised to discover this transaction on my card. I immediately contacted the company requesting cancellation and a full refund. Customers should be extremely careful and check exactly what they are agreeing to when placing an order, particularly regarding any recurring purchase or subscription. I am currently waiting for Penrose Skin to resolve the situation and refund the unauthorized charge. I will update this review depending on how the company handles my complaint.

Good costumer care from Penroseskin
Dear Penroseskin, I am here to testify a good costumer service from one of your costumer assistants called « Jean ». JEAN is an excellent person, she’s very good at what she does as a costumer assistant. I’m a costumer who Order a product and later found out it got lost. So I immediately sent an email to Penroseskin costumer assistant by explaining my Order shows delivered but the delivery item was not found, which I got an immediate response from JEAN, one of an absolute Amazing customer service assistant. Her response to my complain got me relieve, because at first, I was a little bit upset of my product being lost, which was even my first purchase to try the product. But by the Grace of God and an assistance from JEAN, the product was later re-shipped and I received it in a good condition and well packaged. I will like to thank Penroseskin management team for listening to JEAN and their support of assisting her. The Men Butter smells soo nice like perfume itself. And from today I’m now a new costumer of Penroseskin Products, because of JEAN’s amazing customer care. Merci beaucoup « Jean » à bientôt! « Muaz SWALLAH » from FRANCE.
