Poor software. Avoid!
Guys theyre software is so cheaply made. So slow, extremely buggy - please dont give yourself the headache. Even their email is marked as spam. Just dont waste your money on this brand, please.

simple doesnt work
Bought the software - doesnt work, asked for refund as per their homepage - they asked for logs - sent those - they now asking for more logs of the same thing - total waste of my money for a scam program!!

Frustrating!
"What went wrong this time?" What didn't. After a constant stream updates, each one bringing with it a whole new set of new problems, this past weekend was th coup de grace, when their app failed — the entire app! — and now will no longer load properly. At all. In terms of constant updates, 3.1 is now 3.1.9, and that's since April. And now it doesn't even work, period. I'm going to ask for my money back, but judging from the comments here, I doubt that'll happen. Given that, It's hard not to draw the 'scam' conclusion.

Software works great! I registered the wrong app initially. Their support got things squared away very quickly, the product works exactly as described. Very good value!

I use the pazu Spotify converter
I use the pazu Spotify converter. Initially I had to email the support team to get a copy of my invoice, they quickly reached out to me with it. About 5 months later, I had to re install the converter on my Mac. I simply reached out again and asked for the registration code, they promptly contacted me with it and I am able to use it again. The converter itself is incredible. Excellent quality results every time.
