Great Company to Work With
My cat tree is great, shipped out quickly and was packed very well. The company was easy to get a hold of. It was a little arduous to put the cat tree together because some of the screws were a little hard to put in but the directions were clear. Would recommend!

It doesn't line up the holes are in the wrong place they put the holes on the wrong side it doesn't match up I've tried every which way possible and I'm not calling Germany to get some kind of help there website is not the same cat tree that I purchased they have nothing like it. If I could I would give them a negative review.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam!! I made an order through them and 2 days later received an email asking for more money since I was in a "remote area" (I'm not, I live in the middle of a city) for a $20 postage fee. I asked why this wasn't in the original payment screen and they replied telling me that it's because they don't have "coders in the office" who can do that. Yet, you can have regular postage and a whole website set up? make it make sense lol. I am partly in the wrong for not doing my research beforehand and I admit that. But the website did genuinely look trustworthy at first. After I made the purchase as well, I got a receipt emailed that I had sent the payment to a hotmail address. Which I thought... very strange for a large looking company to have a 'hotmail' and not a professional one. Luckily I paid through PayPal and won through dispute and got my money back. Please do not order from this site!!

Hidden fees & cancelled order
I ordered a cat tree from this company and a few days later received an email claiming that my address, just 20 minutes from the CBD was considered remote and I’d need to pay an extra $30 for shipping. That alone is ridiculous, considering where I live is a major suburb, not some rural outpost. I responded disputing the charge, and instead of addressing it, they simply cancelled my order with no explanation or apology. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. If you’re not willing to ship to areas without hidden fees, that should be made clear before people buy - not after the fact. Wouldn’t recommend. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
