DONT USE THIS COMPANY
I would not recommend Parklet to anyone looking to rent out their garage. I listed my garage with them and received enquiries which Parklet arranged as viewings. On multiple occasions, I was told somebody would be coming to view the garage, so I made sure I was available and waited around for them — only for nobody to turn up. Even worse, on one occasion the same person was a no-show twice. Parklet did not provide me with the prospective renter’s contact details, so I had no way of contacting them myself to find out whether they were actually coming. I was simply left waiting around and wasting my time. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that Parklet arrange viewings for times when their own offices are closed. This means that if the potential renter doesn’t turn up, you can’t even contact Parklet to ask where they are or whether they’re still coming. You’re just left waiting with absolutely no way of getting an update. I find it ridiculous that a company would arrange viewings outside of its own operating hours while also not providing any direct contact details for the person you’re supposed to be meeting. For a company that charges what I consider to be extortionate fees for letting a garage, I would expect a far more professional and reliable service. If you’re going to charge those sorts of prices, there should at least be a proper system in place for confirming viewings, communicating with both parties and dealing with repeated no-shows. After several disappointing experiences, I completely lost confidence in the service and have now deleted my Parklet account. Horrible experience, very poor service and an absolute waste of my time. I certainly wouldn’t use Parklet again and would not recommend them to anyone considering renting out their garage.

Got bailed last minute
Parklet cancelled the contract last minute despite saying that everything was ready by the following week and payment has been received from the tenant so I had prepared everything such as getting an extra key and parking permit. Fast forward to the following week, Parklet just allowed cancellation on the day as if its child's play. All trust is lost.
