Bought the 5 in 1 strimmer and it has worked great. I had an issue with the chainsaw attachment and the support was above and beyond - they replied within two hours and had sent a replacement part the next day. This is my 3rd or 4th time buying from the company and I can't fault them for homeowner equipment.

Decent quality table saw for the price
Decent quality table saw for the price. Easy to build, set up and operate with decent safety features. Used it a reasonable amount and it has stood up well so far. No reason not to think it will last well.

Good pump but difficult to install.
The pump was delivered earlier than expected, but it came incorrectly wired, without wiring instructions and with a screw missing which was required for the wiring. The plumber who was installing it said he wasn't allowed to do the wiring. The Parker Brand website does not have a "Contact Us" tab, so I had to read through FAQs to find it. The company then emailed me the instructions within seconds. These included instructions to undo the incorrect wiring, but the task was unnecessarily difficult and I wouldn't have been able to do it without my wife's help. The pump now allows me to have a hot shower at last and so was fit for purpose.

I would give no stars of if I could
I would give no stars of if I could. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered a strimmer nearly two months ago that broke on day two. They still haven’t rectified the problem despite making four phone calls and over twelve emails to them. Badly designed item that we have paid in full for and unable to use
