I ordered a brand-new Emporio Armani…
I ordered a brand-new Emporio Armani Stronger With You Intensely fragrance for around £60. When I opened it, I noticed visible pieces of debris inside the fragrance my brother is a fragrance content creator on TikTok so he knows a lot about fragrances and even he said this is extremely unusual for a brand new fragrance to have this . I contacted Armani directly, and they told me that this amount of visible debris isn’t something they would normally expect and that it could potentially be a quality issue. I then contacted Parfumdreams to try to resolve the issue. They offered a return, but the return label they provided requires a printer. I don’t have access to a printer, so I asked whether they could provide a printer-free Evri QR code. Unfortunately, I’ve received generic responses explaining how to print the label rather than an answer to my actual question. I still want this to be resolved so please email me parfum dreams if not I will have to get in touch with my bank

AWFUL customer service
After reaching out to report damage to my item after the delivery driver threw the parcel over the fence. Their customer service failed to resolve the issue. The bottle had a huge crack in and was leaking aftershave. It subsequently smashed after placing it on the side. I was told to still send the broken glass to them in order for them to resolve the issue!?! I can’t fathom why they think it is acceptable to ask customers to package broken glass up. That as well as it being strictly prohibited by couriers to send broken glass. You get one reply per working weekday which never resolves your issue. After being frustrated and basically telling them to resolve the issue. They blocked my account and said they will not be responding and telling to raise it though the payment provider. This I have done. All I wanted was a replaced. I wasn’t bothered about a refund. SHOCKING customer service.

My product was well packaged and undamaged and it arrived a couple of days before ETD. All good. Thumbs up. Also perfume was a good price. Yes I'll buy from this company again.
