Alright. I'm that person. Sorts by lowest rating. Wanted the horror stories. Saw: "box dented." Saw: "too many pictures, not enough words." That's it? That's the worst? So I bought the Trier. Box was fine. Instructions were fine. The faucet itself? A beast. Solid. Heavy. Like, this thing isn't going anywhere for a long time. Negativity bias is real, people. Don't let a dented box scare you off.

Stainless steel paragon sink
In May 2025, I acquired this sink for a kitchen renovation. By December 2025, it exhibited signs of peeling and staining. After contacting the company and providing photographic evidence, I received a replacement in January 2026. However, as of August 2026, I am experiencing the same issues once again. Initially, Paragon agreed to provide a 50% refund after I declined yet another replacement; however, they later claimed that a replacement had never been sent, despite my possession of the relevant email correspondence and tracking number. Additionally, they asserted that I am no longer eligible for their one-year warranty on this product, which is marketed with a five-year warranty. The product does not meet its advertised claims, and the company has failed to uphold its commitments. This sink, which is positioned as a luxury item, has proven to be subpar. I strongly advise against investing in it.

So here's the tea I have a small sink
So here's the tea I have a small sink. Small sink should have small faucet, right? Wrong. I got the compact pull-out model and it's perfect. Doesn't dominate my counter, but the spout swivels 360 which is amazing for my weird L-shaped kitchen. The finish is a brushed nickel that doesn't show every single water spot (praise be). I've had it for four months and cooked like a madwoman, zero complaints, this thing is a sleeper hit.

extremely disappointed
am extremely disappointed with both the product issue and, more importantly, the customer service I have received from Paragon. I purchased a brand-new faucet that arrived with an obvious issue. I provided photos and also had my plumber inspect it, and he confirmed that there was a problem. Because I was in the middle of a bathroom renovation and could not delay the project, I purchased another faucet and had it installed. The defective faucet has been packed and ready to return for days. I have clearly explained that I do not want a replacement — I simply want to return the defective product and receive my refund. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I still have not received the return shipping label. What is particularly frustrating is that I was first told the matter would be escalated, and then, after following up again, I was told that it would be escalated again for approval. At this point, it feels like I am being passed from one department to another without anyone actually taking responsibility for resolving the issue. I have been patient and reasonable throughout this process, but a simple return should not require this much back-and-forth. The product may have been defective, but the customer service experience has been even more disappointing. I expected a much more professional and efficient response from a company selling bathroom fixtures. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential customers consider the company’s after-sales service and return process before purchasing. I am still hoping Paragon will resolve this properly, but unfortunately, my experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

Good product but not great soap dispenser
Delivery service was fine but slow. The soap dispenser works well but made of a very thin aluminum. The lower cover keeps come up with the top part and it frustating.
