Horrible experience with this company Horrible experience with this company. I bought an icaro nerv 2.0 helmet and used the side guide on para-zone. I measured 57.5-58 cm everywhere from my eyebrows, forhead and around the head. I recieved the helmet in medium and it measures between 50-56 cm in all the settings of the helmet. I sent them pictures and an explanation. The company says it is normal and that I should know that. I said I used the side guide and trusted the information on the webpage and I was told I should have known better. They want me to bear the cost to send the helmet back even though it is their sizing chart that is wrong and misleading! They want me to bear all the cost and inconvinience in shipping and waiting for them to inspect the helmet before sending me the helmet that actually fits. Absolutely horrible costum service and I have zero trust in this company now! I wish the company had a better way to treat issues like this since I know that they buy from the manufactor and use their guide. But for me as their costumer this is just unacceptable. All my trust is lost to para-zone.de Please see my review on Google for pictures that proves my statements regarding size of the helmet and the chart I have used from para-zone. They told me I cannot trust the chart and I should know that. When I see the chart and how to use it everything is pretty clear. Para- zone chooses to guilt trip me instead of taking an obvious responsibility and provide a much needed costumer service.
