Do not use the casino, scam site preying on those who are on gamstop! I tried to make a withdrawal of £1800, they said that I could only withdrawal £380 as even though I wagered my deposit limit they wouldn’t pay more than that. So I withdrawal £300 they still wouldn’t process it after 12 days after I sent lots of ignored emails and spoke to live chat that kept misspelling everything, they just said withdrawal will take upto 21 days. Then today they cancelled the withdrawal request with no explanation. Please do not use this site. As many others have also posted bad reviews.

DO NOT USE!!!!!
DO NOT USE!!!!! I won money they then emailed me to say I hadn’t met deposit criteria (which I had). Took my money won’t respond to any emails and live chat cuts me off as soon as I start to discuss. Now they have blocked me from logging in!!! They are not UK Licensed

Warning to all players: I had a very bad experience with this casino. After winning £5,000, the casino confiscated my entire balance without any valid reason. I opened a case with Casino Guru, but the casino is completely ignoring all communication and refusing to cooperate. This behaviour is extremely concerning. Please be very careful — this casino does not appear to treat players fairly.

Hi dear players, I want to share my experience. Unfortunately, the casino confiscated my £5,000 winnings by falsely accusing me of placing a £12/300 bet, even though my bet history and screenshots clearly show a £2 stake. Despite providing proof, they are refusing to cooperate or return my winnings. Please be cautious — my legitimate winnings were stolen without justification and my account closed
