Great service! The communication was clear and the customer service was great from oder to delivery. They even redirected my delivery to another country due to my travel plans. The Montecristi panama that I got is absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to get another piece from them one day soon!

Over the years just received my third hat! An excellent provision and a good service. Despite living a few thousand miles away, the hats' arrival through the post have always been timely and never excessive. The product is excellent too! Thank you.

Exceptional communication and a perfect hat arrived today
My hat arrived today, and it is exactly what I hoped for—beautifully made, a perfect fit, and ready for an important event tomorrow. What impressed me most about Panama Hats Direct was their communication. They kept me informed throughout the process, sent photos showing the progress of my hat, and contacted me directly whenever something required my attention. When I asked whether they could expedite the order to meet my travel deadline, they made a genuine effort to accommodate me, and the hat arrived in time. I paid for DHL Express because timing was critical. Under normal circumstances, standard shipping may be more convenient, but the expedited service accomplished exactly what I needed. Excellent craftsmanship, personal service, and dependable follow-through. I would gladly order from Panama Hats Direct again.

What can I say? the hats fit, they are true to count, the hats hold up to use. Casey is prompt in answering questions and his quality is superb. You will pay double or even triple to major retailers than dealing "Direct"!;-)
