Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I received a painted product instead of an embroidered one. On top of that, the painting quality is awful. The faces in the photos look as if they were generated by AI and ended up looking very unattractive and unrealistic. I do not recommend buying from this company!

Absolutely worst costumer service ever
Absolutely worst costumer service ever! Parcel got lost, tracking was absolutely shit. After several contacting they only sent the homepage of a korean shipping service who you cannot contact. They provided their own screenshot of the parcel being delivered - I have cameras outdoor and nobody ever attempted to deliver my parcel. They offered me to send it again for another price or offered me 25% back of the price I paid. Absolutely delusional. Do not order there.

My personal experience with the company…
My personal experience with the company was not negative. I ordered a tshirt for Father’s Day for my husband with the word ‘DAD’ on it with images in the letters. I ordered on 5/3/26 and item was shipped on 5/13/26. I knew I wanted this product by Father’s Day so I made sure to order with enough time being aware that shipping can be an issue with any company. It arrived and my husband loved it. Hasn’t worn it yet but is excited to do so.

I thought this site was a scam I’m not…
I thought this site was a scam I’m not going to lie but when I saw a fellow mom wearing the cutest sweater I asked her where it was from and she said Pamaviva I ordered one for my husband when it came it was so much better than I thought it would be so I ended up ordering his a t shirt along with one for my dad and FIL for Father’s Day. They were such a hit. The turn around time was super fast and the quality is really wonderful especially for the price! I have made two orders and I will be making more in the future!
