Have waited 10 days for delivery to be told it was a failed delivery. Have contacted customer services 3 times with no response! I feel that I have been mugged off!

One of them is imposible to read and painting, the second one, the colors are nothing similar to my order and very disappointed. Never order again.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The colours are nothing like the colours in the picture. They are very pale opaque. I would not buy from this company again.

Poor quality and radio silence
Waited nearly 6 weeks and was delivered a few days ago at last. However the design is very blurry and impossible to read 50 percent of the spaces. Ive emailed them to return including a photo as requested and am getting radio silence. Paid nearly 30 pounds for something that is poor quality and definitely not worth the money.

Ordered a BOGOF detailed personalised paint by numbers, cost £41 with free shipping (I didn't mind paying £41 for two as I was doing these as gifts and thought it was reasonable). Their system allowed me to upload 2 images and sent me an email invoice which included the two images and stated BOGOF. Only one image arrived. I contacted them immediately and they had a delayed response but when they did eventually reply they stated that I should have put two into my basket to qualify, taking my total to £82? I sent proof of the 2 images etc and requested a 50% refund, or thet I would return the image for a full refund, or that they could send me the missing image. They ignored further emails. Poor customer service. I made a PayPal dispute and they were useless ruling in paintly favour as they had not breached their T&Cs?! WTF... AVOID AT ALL COST!
