My family and I were looking forward to our upcoming trip to Italy I contacted P Airbus to ascertain what bus stop we should get off that was nearest our hotel, the reply I received was horrible. We are very distressed now and apprehensive about our trip.

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with P-Airbus. I booked an airport transfer from Batumi to Kutaisi Airport for my Wizz Air flight and received only a booking confirmation. The E-ticket, pickup location and departure time were never provided. According to the company’s own terms, the E-ticket should be available several working days before departure. However, less than 24 hours before my flight there was still no ticket in the booking system and no information sent by email. Customer support was unavailable, and I was left wondering whether I even had a valid transfer. For an airport transfer service, reliability and communication are the most important things, and P-Airbus failed at both. As a result, I had to spend additional time and stress arranging an alternative way to get to the airport because I could not trust that the booked transfer would actually exist. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this service, especially if you have an early morning flight and cannot afford uncertainty. This was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I have had.

Contratamos el transfer en la página de Ryanair al comprar un vuelo. Al día siguiente nos llega un mensaje de la empresa diciendo q en ese horario de arrivo no t nian servicio de Transfer q nos ofrecían un bono para una prox compra de servicio o la devolución del dinero. Pedimos la devolución del dinero nos pidieron datos bancarios porque decían q no lo podían devolver directamente a la tarjeta porque el cobro lo había realizado Rayair. Le pasamos los datos. De eso hace ya 2 meses y medio aún no hemos recibido el rembolso. Hemos insistido y dicen q tengamos paciencia. Obviamente no la recomiendo.

I have just returned from a weekend in Budapest for the champions league final. I booked private transfers with this company both ways via the Wizz app, and it was only after booking that I looked up reviews about the company and feared the absolute worst. After experiencing first class service throughout, I thought it was only fair that I make this review to share the highest feedback possible. I received text messages the day before both trips from the drivers, who identified themselves and their vehicles. They were on time for collection at the airport and the return trip at my hotel, telling me exactly where to meet them and how to get there (it was easy). I even rang the telephone number for their office before my trip to confirm the details. The phone was answered and the lady was very helpful in explaining how they operate. Everything worked perfectly. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this service and would without any doubt use them again.

They were asking us to bypass a police officer and go inside an airport which we just landed into! These guys are totally fraud and shame on the other fraud Wizz Air that has them as an add-on service!
