The oxa sleep sensor is great
The oxa sleep sensor is great! It helped me understand my sleep better and take steps towards improving it. The software is constantly being improved and new features are added (the sleep stages addition is awesome!). The customer support is also great.

Excellent product and service
I have been using Oxa for breathing exercises now for more than six months. I can say that I am very satisfied with the product and with the company overall. While it is true that everything Oxa is teaching you can be learned without the sensor, I found the guidance by their app and the biofeedback from the sensor very helpful. For example, in resonance breathing exercises, it is a clear advantage to actually see the periodic rise and fall in the heart rate. Also in other exercises, the biofeedback is both convenient and helpful. That the pure fact that your data is being measured and evaluated keeps you more engaged and focused (gamification) goes without saying. The exercises I have learned, I also often do without the sensor by now. I am convinced that I will continue my breath work (resonance breathing, longest exhale training and power breathing) beyond the lifetime of my sensors. I also wish to mention that I had contact with the customer service because of bad signal quality. They responded quickly and send me a new sensor for free. After this did not fix the issue, I also got a discounted replacement for the strap. A new strap fixed my problems. I did not have a problem with not getting the second strap for free, since I now have two fully functional sensors, one of which I got for free. I have been asked to write this review (per email) after my contact with the customer service. Nevertheless, my only motivation to actually write it is my gratitude for this excellent, affordable biofeedback device.
