Ghosted by customer service, couldn't order.
Recommended by a friend so I wanted to try a few different flavours out. Went to buy items during 15-20% sale for multiple items. Website pricing not working correctly (only 10% discount applied) and 'you might also like' banner on cart page also showing wrong discount (20%) but when added to cart the price went up to only 10% discount. Contacted customer service to let them know, gave details and screenshots of issue so they knew I wasn't making it up and so they could fix website to avoid customers complaining about not getting the advertised discount. Got told they would sort me at the proper price if I told them the items because by the time I got a response the sale had ended. They never got back to me when I followed up to try and order. Gave prices and waited over a week thinking maybe they were on holidays, AI chat bot claimed to escalate ticket to customer support but never heard from that either. Ghosted for trying to purchase items and being decent enough to give them a heads up about the website errors breaching consumer pricing laws.

This company does something all the other ones don’t. I ordered 2 platinum owls vapes one of them was out of stock so they sent me a different one and a free bag of edibles on top without me even asking. 10/10 service great customer support and the platinum owls 2ml hit like a truck. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with this company but…
I was very happy with this company but in about 3 months it feels like they've gone very seriously down hill. I didn't think in about a year a great company would turn out like this. They are getting rid of the build your own jars most likely completely for profiteering and the customer support went from being great to near useless. After 10 emails back and forth nothing at all was done to help even though every single time they emailed me they were acting as if they solved the issue when they didn't. I don't like the vapes or gummies, I prefer to work my own thing and they just completely got rid of that to just sell gummies and vapes. I've found a different company that does the same product and fingers crossed they don't suddenly decide to get rid of the product I most like from them like owls oil have. It's a damn shame because they were brilliant not too long ago.
