It’s sad ovalx you go.i know ovalx when it was Etx Capital. I have tried 500 time to open a live account with Etx but rejected all the time. I have still stamina to apply 500 times again but ovalx is gone 😏

This company staff is always polite and courteous to me as a customer. The staff deserve good positive feedback.

Another session of proverbial buck-passing. Capital.com (take a look at their star-ratings on Trust Pilot...everything you need to know) are frantically scrabbling around telling me that various emails were sent out to me. I have a record of all emails, including one I initiated on the 10th Feb. They claim their customer support team was fully available all weekend. That's a downright lie- I was directed over and over and over again to email customer service. They also claim they sent me a margin-call alert...another lie. All part of the cheap shot connived by Ovalx and Capital.com together. Be prepared to be stabbed in the back, kicked in the teeth and sold down the river. I've just received a call from Michael Baker, head of online services at OvalX.....the "blah, blah, blah" type of conversation, where in fact he couldn't care less. I was asked if Capital.com had contacted me. No Michael, they haven't and you know that very well. The word "stitch-up" continues to play out loud and clear, with a dirty deal having taken place between both companies. Yet another bunch of liars and thieving crooks, masquerading as a "Trading Platform." For those of you who have the misfortune of being OVAL X clients,WARNING. WARNING. WARNING. I tried to log into my OVALX platform last week, and before I could do so, there was a Pop-Up stating that I had received an email: Lie number 1. Apparently the company were ceasing their trading operations, and either I could close my positions or ALL my open positions would be moved to Capital.com I opted for the second option which is Lie No2. So who is Capital.com? An account was opened in my name. Oh really? By Whom? I was provided no account details, no contact details, no terms and conditions, and when I spoke to the utterly moronic half-wit at OvalX (so-called customer services) on Friday afternoon, who told me the company was being wound down, she couldn't even provide me with a telephone number for Capital.com I was later sent an email stating ALL my positions would be transferred (filthy liars, they were not..) on Friday 10th September. This is an absolute bloody disgrace and a stitch-up of epic proportions. It's tantamount to Fraud. Oval X closed all my positions and effectively "stole" my funds. I suggest to all of you "Get Out Now from Oval X, Close your own positions, even, those that are losing, so at least you have some control over your money and Close your Account." Don't even entertain moving to Capital.com....stick with the big guys like IG, who are utterly professional, have excellent knowledge, know what they are doing at all times, offer great customer service and treat their customers with respect. And for goodness sake, if you are a newbie to trading, and are on some fancy "trading, training programme", where you are being told the streets are paved with gold if follow certain rules, do not be seduced by what the training programme has to offer you in terms of platform brokerages....it's a cosy, incestuous relationship designed to benefit the training company and the brokerage firm. Your interests are an irrelevance. It is an operation to suck you dry.

I've been with OvalX (formerly ETX) for 5 years now and have found the website & app easy to use and very intuitive for trading, charting and placing orders/stops. Helpfully they also offer smaller positions which require less margin and less risk - often down to 0.1 or lower in some markets. My account manager George Walker provides regular helpful emails, and phone calls, as well as sorting out any issues quickly and professionally. An emailed 'morning report' sent before 8am is also helpful. The icing on the cake with the OvalX service is access to 2 weekly webinars provided by Corellian Academy which are highly useful, professional and informative. Today I hear that OvalX is closing in March - which is very sad news, as I doubt I will find another provider half as good.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
