Disappointing Quality & Dishonest Customer Support
I purchased a Jane’s Addiction T-shirt directly from Other UK. While the shirt aesthetically looks great, the physical quality is extremely poor. After just one single wash, the fabric tore. When I reached out to Other UK’s customer service to resolve the issue, they refused to help, claiming the shirt looked "heavily worn." This is completely untrue—I rarely repeat outfits and certainly do not overwear my clothes. Additionally, I want to be transparent: I was originally directed to leave a review here by Other UK in exchange for a €10 gift card when I first bought the item. I refused to do so at the time because I find incentivized reviews unethical. Now that the product has actually failed, people deserve to know the truth about both the poor garment quality and the terrible customer service. Save your money—looks are deceiving, and the brand does not stand behind its products. I have pictures of the email where I was offered money to write a good review about them

Appalling company selling very cheap…
Appalling company selling very cheap clothes that aren't the size they state. I requested a return from the official returns portal and got no response for two weeks. I then had to send multiple emails to support where they eventually provided me with an address to send the items back, which I did via tracked delivery. They were signed for by them and weeks later still no refund. I've been back and forth with support but they either don't respond or just give some excuse about they're a small company and the refund will be issued soon. When will I get my refund? It's been over a month since I returned them. I've now been forced to issue a credit card charge back since it doesn't look like I'm ever going to get a refund looking at all their other negative reviews for not issuing refunds.

There is no refund or exchange!
Purchased a beautiful Bone Fedora hat...hat arrived dirty...emailed for a replacement, sent photos. Completed the online returns portal...return authorised. Then absoloutly nothing! No email so say where to return to...no exchange details just pure silence! I emailed every day and absolute zero! Customer service is non existent! Its a shame as i love their clothes but now...im done! Dont make the same mistake ive made!

Bought a leather jacket, it didn’t fit so I returned it while 100% following their return policy. No refund, impossible to get in contact with their support. I emailed them pretty much once a week for 6 months, got a few replies where they apologised and said that they would refund me. Two years later, still no refund. So they basically stole 500+ euros from me.

This maybe the worst Customer Service I…
This maybe the worst Customer Service I have ever recieved. They have had my parcel for a refund for two months. I note from one of the responses to a review that they implemented a fast returns process. However this is clearly not the case. I am now having to seek legal action to get my money back. The clothes are actually very good but in terms of getting refunded absolutely dreadful experience.
