Wost experience again, do not buy from them!
Wost experience again. I have purchased AU domains multiple times with these guys. I have uploaded proof of Citizenship, ABN, ID's and verified myself multiple times. Previous purchases with then cleared right away. This time again they are holding on to my domains. I have contacted them over and over again, and just completely ignored. No reseponse for 3 days now. I have now filed a formal complaint with the ACCC and further complaints with the AUDA, and seeking further legal support and chargebacks on my credit card.

Domain Renewal Lock
I have had a business relationship with Only Domains for many years; they have always been excellent and have never let me down or caused me harm through a lack of support. However, I am currently facing an unprecedented situation. I am having trouble renewing domains that are vital for launching my companies. The AI support system lacks the authority to resolve the issue and therefore refers it to human support—but ONLY via email. The human support team is not responding efficiently or pragmatically, nor with the seriousness and attention the problem deserves. I need to renew my domains, yet I am being prevented from doing so. I want to resolve this amicably and continue relying on Only Domains' global services. Can we keep this business partnership active without causing further issues? I look forward to an immediate response via email. Owning high-value domains means holding strategic digital assets, comparable to prime real estate in the physical world. This offers significant financial opportunities but also entails specific responsibilities and precautions. Support failure lasting several days during a critical renewal period creates a risk of registration expiration. Best regards.
