Amazing meditation & yoga retreat
Amazing meditation & yoga retreat for one week 🧘🏽♂️! Beautiful place, accommodation and shalas, excellent and diverse teachers, exquisite, generous and vegan-friendly food. I recommend 100%, it was a very peaceful retreat with a good balance between physical asanas and resting practices 😌

A wonderful and transforming experience
I had a fantastic week at One Yoga as part of the Sadhana Retreat. The program is wonderfully well structured and, in addition to two daily yoga sessions that always include different styles of yoga, also features relaxing sound healings and yoga nidra sessions. My personal highlight was the philosophy classes with Konstanza. They provided such a valuable insight behind the facade of yoga as it is practiced in the Western world and were truly transformative for me, completely changing my perspective on my own practice and on the general lifestyle of a yogi. Every single yoga session was enriching for me, and I greatly appreciated the different teaching styles of each instructor. The atmosphere of the school, the shalas, and the sessions impressed me so much that I immediately purchased a 10-class pass after the retreat to further deepen my practice. The included meals (breakfast & lunch) were another highlight and were truly very varied, sufficient, and nourishing every day. I sincerely thank One Yoga from the bottom of my heart for this transformative experience, and I will definitely come back 🙏🏼 With loving kindness, Sarah

An experience I will carry with me for a long time.
I recently spent time at the One Yoga Sadhana Retreat, and it was an unforgettable experience. As I stayed in my own accommodation, I can’t comment on the rooms, but everything else about the retreat exceeded expectations. The programme was incredibly well balanced, offering a rich exploration of different aspects of yoga. I gained a much deeper understanding of philosophy, breathwork, and meditation—areas that have truly enhanced my practice, which had previously been focused mainly on asana. The food prepared by the One Yoga kitchen was phenomenal. As someone who normally eats everything, I was pleasantly surprised at how effortless they made a fully vegan week—it was genuinely a joy. The grounds provided a peaceful and calming environment, with plenty of quiet corners for reflection and for those observing silence. It created the perfect atmosphere to disconnect and turn inward. The teachers were exceptional—knowledgeable, passionate, and deeply committed to sharing their practice in a meaningful way. Perhaps most special of all were the people. It was inspiring to come together with individuals from all walks of life, each bringing their own stories and reasons for being there. That shared experience made the retreat truly unique. An experience I will carry with me for a long time.
