Great service
I used onewayfly this past Saturday. This is the second time I have used this service. I was caught off guard trying to fly from Washington DC to Mexico on Spirit. I used all my money on tickets out of Mexico. I did cancel the booking but I was stressed out. After that I researched everything I could. A Delta flight to Cancun required a departing flight and the other day, Air Caraibes from Paris to Cancun required one as well. I didn't panic, I logged into onewayfly, got a flight, checked in and all was right with the world. Thank you so much for the service. I would have a lot more stress if this didn't exist 😀

I had a great experience using their service. I had a few questions before I proceed with my order, and they replied quickly with clear and helpful answer. The ticket was process smoothly and fast. I was able to received the ticket after the confirmation. If you will need fast and responsive service. This is highly recommended.

Wrong arrival date, 32 USD wasted
I booked a one-way ticket from Istanbul to Geneva for 3 July 2026 and paid 32 USD for me and my partner. The confirmation email arrived right away, and that's when I saw the problem: the booking was an overnight flight through Dubai that doesn't arrive until 4 July, not the date I selected. This caused a real problem. My hotel was booked from 3 July, and my documents say I arrive on the 3rd. Now my ticket says the 4th. Speaking as a product designer: even if no same-day flight is available, the system should warn the user before booking a next-day arrival. Hiding that until after payment is a basic design failure. I emailed support politely. Their answer? The date can't be changed. I'd have to rebook through a "special request" that, in their own words, is "not guaranteed." So my 32 USD was wasted. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs an accurate ticket. Save your money.
