Not so good as I expected
I ordered a Onekey 1classic and a tag plate. The included punch is rusty and doesn't work—the quality is terrible, but the plates themselves are fine. The native app is a complete disaster—learn from Tangem how to design a UI. The native Onekey wallet app doesn't support most popular coins on its native networks, which means no staking or airdrops. I know you can connect third-party wallets via Wallet Connect, but then what's the point of buying a Onekey anyway? Tangem is cheaper and has an advanced app that supports all the coins and also allows you to use Wallet Connect via QR code. Onekey wallet is frankly overloaded with visual clutter and a ton of scam tokens, which, thanks to the app's terrible interface, are impossible to separate from legitimate tokens. Why are you doing this? Are you in cahoots with these scam coins? The risk of accidentally making a mistake and losing your assets using this wallet is approximately 99.9%!

Tout semble bien fonctionner durant la première semaine, mais au fil du temps, les déconnexions et les demandes d'accès deviennent récurrentes, jusqu'à perdre totalement l'accès au logiciel. Il est préférable de garder son argent pour d'autres outils ou de partager sa licence. Je déconseille fortement.

I hope you're not going to remove this review now! After multiple years of ACTUALLY using this wallet, I can't say enough good words about it. Trustful hardware platform, open source software - that is how true crypto wallet should look like. So much better than those other software wallets.

I have been having Time out Connection errors when trying to receive assets on my OneKey pro. It's not a cable issue. It's an app issue and the most PATHETIC support issue I have ever experienced. They are based out of China and only contact you on their time. The AI is just sad at best and there is no Live Chat. They just say they will be back later today. Last resort is email and that has been horrible. They might get back to you 48-72 hours later and tell you to check your cables. Duh! Then they send you a bridge link that doesn't work. Three days later they tell you your emails are to confusing. I gave them simple and very detailed information. Their App or their Devices are defective. It feels like they know this and are just leading you . I have never been as disappointed with a product and their support as with this company. I should have looked into Reddit reviews. This seems to be a common problem.
