This was one of the best experiences i’ve had. Wanting to keep fit but have a break, this was the perfect mix. Agie was the best host - super fun and so so helpful. Was able to knock out the work out in the morning, spend some time relaxing and enjoyed Bali through afternoons. The massages at the resort are awesome and such great value! The food, the fitness, the resort and the hosts were all 10/10. Loved it.

I joined the 7-day yoga retreat and I can’t thank Agie enough for the entire experience. In terms of yoga, she’s a professional and highly experienced yoga teacher. The class was tailored to my preference and ability. She guided me to push my limits without being harsh, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t realize I could do so much more than I thought while feeling completely safe. Honestly I wish I could be her regular student😊 Beyond her profession, she’s honest, genuine and a good listener. We had deep conversations and her soul searching questions helped me reflect on myself, which is a meaningful bonus during this retreat. Although the resort is shared by other guests who are not participants of the retreat, it is peaceful and calming. The location is perfect as I want tranquility and being away from the city life. It’s surrounded by a lovely village and rice fields. I love being accompanied by the sounds of nature every minute of my stay, and I could even see the beautiful volcano Agung from my room. The villagers and the hotel staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly as well. One of the villagers even invited me to their house, and explained the meaning of different parts of their Balinese house. This retreat gave me memories to last a lifetime. My heart is full. Thank you Agie for creating this beautiful journey❤️

This was such a wonderful experience I cannot say enough about Agi & her warmth as a host/person, the accommodations are 5star & the culture side of my 7 day fit well was inspiring learning the ways of the beautiful Balinese people Although for me the best was the training I received from Agi -she is professional, knowledgeable & pushed me to do my best & strongest efforts Highly recommend

As a busy working person I book retreats to get my first days in a new place a bit more peaceful and organised without the hustle of having to do it myself. The average retreat in Bali is 6-800€ and I opted for this 1200€ one thinking the extra cash would mean better value. I couldn’t be more wrong. We were only 2 people for 7 days and another 2 for 2-3 days. A group of total 4 people. The “active” retreat includes one single class in the morning in a “studio” that’s a tiled shed and with the high humidity in Bali that means zero grip of your shoes. The place was not available to us during the day apart from the 1hr morning class. This retreat is advertised as active with trekking and visiting the rice terraces (at least in the pictures provided by the organiser). The so called “trekking” takes place for a bit over an hour in the local fields behind the hotel, there were no rice terraces there. The shuttle provided by the hotel has uncomfortable hours that don’t match the schedule, so we ended up using taxis twice a day every day as the itinerary of the program was 4 to 6 hrs of nothing. After asking Agie to adjust some of the class times with 30min so we can at least use the shuttle she denied every time. On the second day we had 6hrs gap in the program so I asked where can we go, what waterfalls can we visit. The reply was “there are many waterfalls around Ubud” nothing concrete, no temples suggested, or specific things or names. Instead of giving us suggestions what to do in that free time, she would ask us what’s our plan for the day! It’s our first time in Bali we pay you so you can make a plan for us, as we don’t know anything here. The cycling took about 15min as it started to rain a lot, I’m not blaming the class cancellation due to weather, but we were not offered any compensation even tho the day after we had another 6hr gap in the program where we could have gone cycling again. One of the girls was meant to go trekking at 7am alone, so me and another participant decided to join her for company and to be active. There was no guide, a guy showed up 15’ late after we had to text Agie that there’s nobody there. The guy that showed up just walked quietly without saying a word, he was obviously taken from another hotel duty to simply walk us, not guide us, he didn’t even bring water for us which is the bare minimum for a paid guided tour. That day we had a workout class at 8:10am, I asked Agie can we delay that class as we were doing the morning walk, she absolutely denied to move the schedule even tho we were 3 out of the 4 participants on the walk for which the guide was late! She stayed at the resort for a few hours after, so it’s not like she was in a rush to go somewhere, she just denies any kind of flexibility even tho we were such a small group. On my 4th day we were working out and Agie asked me how I was, I said I’m fine, just a bit sore from the previous workout, to which she replied “yeah, that’s what you paid for” This unprofessional comment was the tipping point. That same day I packed my bags and left the so called “wellness retreat” 3 days earlier after wasting way over 1200€ as we spent a small fortune going up and down to Ubud on our own expense. Money that I could have spent and actually visited some places for my days there. I’m extremely disappointed of the lack of organisation, the empty itinerary, the lack of information and structure, zero flexibility when there are barely any activities anyway. No information about Indonesia, Bali, local culture or habits. Agie is never there which is probably the weirdest thing, she would run the 8am class, join for breakfast and won’t see her till the day after. We were just left alone in a resort doing nothing. She never contacted me to ask why am I leaving, can she change anything, maybe offer a partial refund? When I informed her I’m going few days earlier she just said “bye”. The only positive thing were the other 3 participants, as we were all so annoyed at the whole expensive nothingness, that we managed to get close while we kept trying to find ways to keep each other entertained. If you want an actual yoga/activity/sports retreat I would look elsewhere.
