Envío correcto, producto mejorable
El producto es correcto y el envío muy rápido. Las instrucciones de montaje correctas, sin embargo, los tableros vienen dibujados con números para su montaje en la propia madera y creo que esto podría hacerse de otro modo, con stickers o cualquier otra opción menos dibujar la madera. El pedestal es un poco alto para un low boy, al final quedan los mandos un poco altos. El mueble se balancea un poco mientras se juega, supongo que es por el material del mueble. No estoy descontento pero se podría mejorar con pequeños detalles.

Excellent service and quality products — I'll definitely be back
Very positive experience with OmniRetro. I purchased a "Pack Titan" arcade cabinet with pedestal, complete with a joystick and button kit and various accessories. Delivery of the kit was fast, and the response times from the customer relations manager were always prompt and helpful, including for questions I asked after the purchase. The packaging for shipping deserves a special mention: genuinely well done, with every component properly protected and everything arriving intact. The quality of the materials is more than good, and the price-to-performance ratio is, in my opinion, one of the company's real strengths. All in all, a purchase I'm thoroughly satisfied with. I'll certainly buy from OmniRetro again in the future.

I received high-quality items and excellent service. If you're thinking about building a home arcade system, I found Omniretro to be trustworthy and responsive to my questions. They delivered as quickly as customs would allow. Due to my own inexperience, I didn't emphasize enough that I needed pinout instructions for the joystick. These were not provided by Omniretro, but I was able to figure it out using information from various videos and websites. I now understand that when you choose to build an arcade machine, there are some things you'll need to work out for yourself beyond what the supplier provides. For example, go find your own monitor that you prefer in your machine. Thanks, Omniretro. You've made my dream of owning a home arcade machine come true.
