Мы с мужем приехали на протезирование из Швеции. Сначала отнеслись настороженно, но потом расслабились, потому что поняли - мы попали в надёжные руки. Клиника работает как швейцарские часы. Ни один винтик не дал сбой начиная с телефонных переговоров. Спасибо Мирзе, которого мы никогда не видели, а слышали лишь голос. Это он решал все вопросы с трансфером, отелем, планом лечения и ценой. Это он предал нас в руки переводчиков - Айпери и Нургюль. Эти милые дамы сопровождали нас в каждом кабинете, переводили каждое слово врачей. Когда попадаешь к хирургу, а внашем случае это был Волкан, всегда настраиваешься на страшное испытание, но процедура установки имплантов прошла неожиданно быстро и безболезненно. Теперь о цене: никто не навязывает липовые процедуры, никто не вымогает деньги. Разговор ведётся чётко и по делу. Доктор выдаёт желательный план лечения, но выбор оставляет за пациентом. Цена варьируется в зависимости от марки импланта, качества и количества коронок и множества нюансов, касаемых здоровья, которые пациент обрёл в течение жизни. Выбор за каждым, кто планирует решить вопросы здоровья зубов в Турции. Но мы с мужем рекомендуем каждому клинику Омер Истанбул.

Choosing Ömer Istanbul Dental was the BEST decision!
Choosing a dental clinic overseas felt a little nerve-wracking, especially traveling all the way from Florida in the U.S. There are SO many clinics to choose from in Istanbul, and I did a ton of research before making my decision. From the beginning, Kate, my consultant, was wonderful to work with. Her communication, patience, and responsiveness really helped me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right choice. I am SO happy I chose Ömer Istanbul Dental Clinic! ❤️ My husband and I both came for treatment. He had root canals and crowns done and is extremely happy with his results. Compared with what we were quoted in the U.S., he saved about 80%! My treatment was much more extensive—a complete smile makeover! I had an old implant removed, 3 new implants placed, and 27 crowns. It was a huge decision and a big procedure, but I could not be happier with the care I received or with my new smile. Compared with what my treatment would have cost in the U.S., I saved about 72%! 😁🦷✨ I also absolutely LOVED my translator, Aygün! ❤️ She was incredibly thorough and made sure I understood everything that was happening every step of the way. Having her there made such a difference and helped me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Everyone we dealt with was professional, caring, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Coming from the United States for dental work is a big leap of faith, and Ömer Dental absolutely made it worth it. I would confidently recommend Ömer Istanbul Dental Clinic to EVERYONE considering dental work in Turkey. I did the research, made the trip, and I’m so glad I chose them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I first visited Omer Istanbul in…
I first visited Omer Istanbul in February, and that experience went very well. Communication before the trip was consistent and informative, and I felt comfortable returning for the next stage of my dental work. Unfortunately, my second visit was a very different experience. I started communicating with the office well in advance regarding my dental appointments, hotel arrangements, and other details, but communication was nowhere near as consistent as it had been during my first visit. When I arrived in Istanbul, I was taken to a different hotel than the one I had been told I was booked . The driver did not speak English, we both had different information, and arriving at 2 AM made an already confusing situation even more stressful. The first day at the clinic started out fine. My teeth were filed down in preparation for my crowns, leaving me with no real way to eat comfortably or go out in public because of how they looked. I was told I would return the following day at 5:30 PM to receive my temporary teeth. I was very much looking forward to that appointment because I had already gone without being able to properly eat. At around 5 PM, I found out that my appointment had been canceled. I was extremely upset because this now meant another day unable to eat normally. After expressing my disappointment to the office manager, they did bring me in and place caps over my teeth so they at least looked better, but I still could not eat properly. On day three I finally received my temporary teeth. They looked fine, but my bite was off, so eating was still difficult. Since they were only temporary and I was supposed to receive my permanent crowns the next day, I tried to deal with it. On day four, my permanent crowns were placed. Visually, they looked very good, but they felt awful. The dentist made some adjustments, but my bite was still not right. My teeth were catching, I could not bite or chew comfortably, and I again went back to the hotel unable to eat properly. The following day I returned for more adjustments. What frustrated me most was feeling like the dentist was telling me that everything was fine rather than actually listening when I was explaining that something felt wrong. I became so upset that I walked out of the treatment room because I was at the point where I was considering having the work removed. I went to the main reception area and explained my concerns and how upset I was. They brought in the head dentist, who listened to what I was saying and made the adjustments I had been asking for. After he worked on my teeth, they immediately felt about 90% better. I returned one more time for final adjustments before my flight home and ultimately left satisfied with how my teeth looked and felt. Overall, I am happy with the appearance of my teeth, and I do want to acknowledge that the clinic ultimately made sure I left with the work corrected. However, the communication issues, hotel confusion, canceled appointment, inability to eat properly for several days, and the stress of feeling that my concerns were not being listened to made this a much more difficult experience than it needed to be. Unfortunately, despite being satisfied with the final appearance of my teeth, based on the service and experience during my second visit, I could not in good conscience recommend Omer Istanbul to someone else.

My Experience with OMER Istanbul Dental Center Review by Ramona Violett I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but my experience was so remarkable that I felt it deserved to be shared. My journey began on 23rd December after a very stressful meeting, when one of my crowned teeth completely broke. What followed was a difficult Christmas period spent visiting dentists in the UK. The costs involved and the prediction that the treatment would take up to three years left me feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained. For two weeks, I carried out extensive research, contacting and comparing more than 30 dental clinics across Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Poland, and Turkey. OMER Istanbul Dental Center became my choice based purely on my own research, not through recommendations. From the very beginning, my experience exceeded all expectations. Every detail was professionally organised and carefully planned in advance. The entire team was knowledgeable, supportive, and available whenever I needed assistance, day or night. We were provided with VIP transfers throughout our stay and accommodated in a beautiful hotel on both visits, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. A special thank you goes to Melike, my online consultant. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism, and constant support . She was always available, always reassuring, and always found a solution whenever I had a question or concern. Magnus, the translator, was exceptional. He was far more than a translator, he provided comfort, reassurance, and emotional support throughout the entire process. His ability to ease stress and make patients feel relaxed is truly a gift. My first visit in January involved the most complex part of the treatment. Dr. Levent performed a major surgery, placing six implants in the upper jaw and six implants in the lower jaw. Prior to the implant placement, bone grafting and sinus lift procedures were also carried out. Despite the complexity of the surgery, everything went incredibly smoothly. The care, attention, and close monitoring from the team made the experience far less daunting than I had imagined. The procedure was virtually painless, and I felt supported every step of the way. During my second and final visit, the same outstanding level of care continued. Once again, Melike and Magnus were there to support me throughout the process. Maria was another translator that was involved for 2 days, very profesional also. A very special mention must go to Dr. Selin, who truly was the angel behind the final stage of my treatment. She is professional, dedicated, hardworking, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her patients. She ensured every aspect of my treatment was completed to the highest standard and that her team delivered exactly what was needed. The final results speak for themselves. The final piece of my story was meeting Omer, the founder and owner of the clinic. While I was waiting outside the clinic for my retainer, he came over for a chat to ask how I was feeling and how my experience had been. It was a small gesture, but one that showed genuine care. We even celebrated my new smile by trying traditional Turkish sweets together, his recommendation and invitation, which made for a memorable ending to this journey. To everyone at OMER Istanbul Dental Center, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care, support, professionalism, and dedication from start to finish. After months of uncertainty, I can finally smile with confidence again. More importantly, I have regained a part of myself that I thought I had lost.
