Made a deposit of 285 Australian dollars into my account on July 16th, and the money went through right away which was good, but then the KYC verification just... stalled. I got an email saying they needed to confirm my identity documents, so I uploaded everything they asked for—drivers license, proof of address, the lot—and then nothing. Radio silence until July 19th when they sent a generic message asking me to resubmit the same documents I'd already sent. I work in hospitality so my schedule's all over the place, and I was looking forward to playing some time off mid-week, but instead I spent three days going back and forth with support. The interface itself is pretty smooth, navigation doesn't feel clunky like some other sites I've tried, and the game selection isn't bad, but none of that matters much when your money's sitting there locked behind a verification wall. Eventually on July 24th—eight days after my initial submission—the verification went through, but by then I'd already lost interest in the whole thing. The hold-up wasn't explained, no one actually told me what the holdup was, they just said it was processed once it was done. I've played here a bit since then, nothing flashy happened, but the trust got dinged hard by those eight days of waiting.
