Complete scam. I should have read the reviews before ordering. 1. What I ordered looks nothing like what I received (even the colours are different!) 2. Very poor quality compared to what is advertised. 3. I wrote to their ‘support’ email, waited weeks for a response, and the was told I would be refunded once I sent photos (and followed their return instructions that would follow). I obliged. The photos clearly show the discrepancy. Then… 4. No response to that email, and my next 3 follow up emails, over 3 months (I included multiple of their provided email addresses). It’s a shame they respond to reviews with a ‘sorry’ and ‘please contact our support’ attitude (to save face publicly obviously) when they clearly have no intention of supporting customers and delivering on their promised service. No doubt that’s the response I’ll get here…. Stay well away from these thieves!!!!!

Pirates would run a better company
Pirates would run a better company. Save yourself a lot of hassle and immediately go to any other company. Worst customer service I ever came across. Product description is a total work of fiction because what I got was almost the exact opposite of what they said it was. After 8 weeks of complaints I gave up trying to communicate and wrote this instead. If only one person is dissuaded by my review I'm glad.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They have ignored my emails for over 6 weeks now after requesting my money back, after receiving a pile of crap thinking I was getting a lovely satin trouser suit. Im going to report them to all their platforms they advertise on and try to get my money back from my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pessima esperienza! Stamattina ho ricevuto, dopo lunga attesa (più di un mese), il pacco contenente "il cardigan" che avevo acquistato on line, una vera delusione! Quello che mi è stato recapitato non c'entra nulla con l'indumento che pubblicizzano sul sito on line attraverso accattivanti immagini che infondono la sensazione di un capo dal colore caldo e di soffice consistenza: il cardigan arrivato si presenta invece di colore diverso, sprovvisto di etichette, marca e composizione in percentuale delle fibre con cui è realizzato. E' un indumento di infima qualità con due diverse lavorazioni tra il fronte e il retro. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare qualsiasi abbigliamento su questo sito. Mi spiace solo di non potere inserire le due foto a confronto. State alla larga se non volete buttare i vostri soldi.
