Do not trust anything this vendor says. They are the biggest hustlers I have ever seen in this type of business. The staff hardly spoke any english, but kept saying reservation on creditcard only. But in reality they charged €555.84 on top of what we already had paid the full rent in advance. €90 was a Fuel charge even though we returned the car full as they requested.

This cost €160 extra - BEWARE Hired a car via Ryanair. All seemed ok. At the desk my Santander issued credit card only had my first name as an initial (nor the full Christian name). This made the card unacceptable to OK Mobility. It wasn't the man at the counters fault and he did immediately refer me to the relevant sub section of the conditions (who reads and analyzes these anyway). Net result deposit €337 + non redeemable €160 charge. As an additional note - they didn't give us any details on the damages already on the car - they would "send them un a few days by email" both the counter staff and I laughed at this ... Never had that before ...Massive warning bells going off for me. So I photoed the car (in the dark) and again the next day in daylight - 2 days in, no email - am I wrong to have a sense of dread about the return experience? Note: I've used thus card at Bergamo airport and others probably 15-20 times to hire cars without issue.

Stay away from these thieves in Pisa…
Stay away from these thieves in Pisa airport. Ignorant rude stupid staff. They didn’t release the car I had booked due to some insensible issues and didn’t refund me either. Very frustrating experience. Feeling terrible for my mistake why I booked it with these imbecile thugs. They rude assistant was telling me that because my nationality and driving license issuing country do not match he cannot give me the car. I was trying to teach him what EU and free movement means but no success. Both my passport and driving license are from west European countries but that idiot didn’t want to give me the car just for joy.

Bunch of thieves! I see now they have low score here, wish I had checked this before renting through Rentalcars (other thieves), which showed 8/10 for OK Mobility. Personnel at Bergamo Airport desk refused to honor the reservation through Rentalcars, because my full name didn't match exactly the name in the reservation voucher. I had omitted a name that I normally don't use. Didn't have such problems before, only with OK Mobility. I had to still rent with them, because there was a crisis at that moment with all rental companies at the airport (I guess due to the Olympics) and all the companies were asking for triple prices... So they gave me a price which was much higher than the one in the original reservation, forced me to take full insurance and forced international supplement, which I didn't need. They just said: "This is the price of the car".
