⭐ 0 Star – PLEASE AVOID OHENTPAY. My experience with OhentPay has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. OhentPay closed my account on 10 April 2026 while holding a balance of £86 that I had transferred from my own bank account. I was informed that any remaining balance would be returned within 8–12 weeks. I accepted this and waited patiently. However, as the 12-week deadline approached, my money had still not been returned. After repeatedly chasing updates, I was eventually told that the 8–12 week timeframe was only an "estimate" and that they could not provide any date whatsoever for when my funds would be returned. What concerns me most is the complete lack of transparency. There has been no meaningful explanation for the delay, no revised timeframe, and no indication of how much longer they intend to hold my money. Every response feels like a generic template designed to avoid answering straightforward questions. If a company provides a timeframe for returning customer funds, it should honour that timeframe or at the very least provide clear communication when delays occur. Instead, I have been left chasing my own money for months with no resolution in sight. I have now had to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service due to the lack of progress and communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering OhentPay to think carefully before trusting them with their money. If something goes wrong or your account is closed, be prepared for lengthy delays, poor communication, and uncertainty about when—or if—you will receive your funds back. I would not use OhentPay again and cannot recommend their services.

My experience in using Ohentpay for all my transactions over the years has been excellent. The best rate offered compared to compeitors. Bestides, the instant alert confirming my proceesing is complete is refreshing. The reassurance i get and rest of mind is satisfying. I would certianly recommend this to friends a family. I will continue to choose ohent in all my transactions. Thank you so much and keep up with the fantastic services you offer.
