Ordine: Penna per testimoni Desidero esprimere il mio forte disappunto per l'esperienza d'acquisto sul sito Officina Creativa. Al ricevimento dell'ordine ho riscontrato che le nappine erano di un colore diverso da quello scelto, senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva, e che diversi biglietti nei cofanetti erano ritagliati male, compromettendone l'estetica. Il servizio clienti mi aveva assicurato l'invio delle nappine corrette entro due mesi, consentendo la consegna dei cofanetti con le penne. Tuttavia, trascorso questo periodo, ho inviato solleciti per un mese intero senza mai ricevere risposta. Lascio questa recensione negativa non solo per il prodotto difforme, ma soprattutto per la totale assenza di assistenza e comunicazione post-vendita. Sconsiglio l'acquisto a chi cerca affidabilità e supporto.

I own six pairs of this brand, from boots to lace-up shoes to sandals, and I also have two handbags. I don't understand how some people talk about the quality and its poor quality! The leather is among the best shoes I buy, and the comfort and simple, elegant designs make them a favorite. Easier 5 Star No doubt,

Great shoes. Beware of post and returns.
The shoes are 5 star. I have some trainers and bought some suede loafers. These are great but I was not sure about the colour so ordered some light ones to contrast. Ended up keeping the original ones, which contrary to some reviews are beautiful shoes, and returning the lighter ones. Here is the kicker. They charge 50 Euro to post and another 50 to return. So any saving I made on the original is gone. So buyer beware. If sending to the UK prepare to be fleeced both ways. Best case order several pairs but you will still have to pay an extortionate return. Brexit is one thing but these costs are a lazy disgrace. Great shoes though.

Un eccellente artigianato italiano di calzature, ho già 3 sneaker modello halo 001, due in pelle liscia di cervo e una scamosciata, con suola in vero lattice naturale e devo dire che quando infili il piede, senti il lusso, è una carezza per il piede, come le metti, puoi farci una maratona. Tutto è finalizzato alla massima espressione finale della scarpa, ogni dettaglio è curato alla perfezione. Il prezzo è importante e spesso può far desistere ma una volta provate si capisce il perché. Che dire, Grande Azienda e Grande Maestria, Complimenti!
