Absolutely 5 stars for Odd Muse! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have completely fallen in love with this brand. The dresses are incredibly flattering — they fit beautifully, enhance your figure in all the right places, and make you feel instantly elegant and confident. The quality is also gorgeous; you can really feel that these aren’t just fast-fashion pieces. What I love even more is how transparent Odd Muse is about its production and ethics. Yes, their pieces are produced in China, but they are open about where and how they manufacture, and their approach feels focused on thoughtful production rather than mass-producing endless collections. That level of transparency really matters to me. I even made a trip to London this year and visited their store because I’d been following the brand and its founder for years — and, of course, I had to buy my first Odd Muse dress! 🤍 Beautiful designs, amazing fit, great quality, and a brand whose values I genuinely appreciate. I can’t wait to add more pieces to my wardrobe!

I ordered 3 dresses for my christmas…
I ordered 3 dresses for my christmas party at the beginning of December, my mum had recently died and I decided i wasnt up to going so i returned them at the post office on the 12th december along with another dress in a separate bag and had proof of postage. By the 22nd i still hadnt had any emails from the company about the 3 dresses i had only had a refund for the dress in the separate bag. I reached out to royal mail who advised the company to contact their local sorting centre and the company who took their time looking into it and kept passing me from pillar to post by this time it was march and they said they would claim for it so i could get my refund. Only it was too late to claim by the post office rules so i was told i would have to take it up with the post office, which didn’t help because it was also too late for me to claim. Luckily i had paid on my credit card and after speaking with HSBC i managed to get a refund in april/may. The dresses weren’t cheap and i had to pay for postage back which i wasn’t refunded for and the customer service I received was diabolical. I have never received such bad customer service. The money was a lot to me and probably pennys to the company however they would not help me or look into it properly for me and ultimately wouldn’t refund it even though i had proof of postage. I will never order from them again.

OMG the customer service team 👌
OMG, never bought from here before but on looking, their clothes look amazing. I emailed customer services as a discount code wasn’t working. They emailed back within 10 minutes, with a new code. Now that’s what I call customer service. Bravo that in today’s world there’s a business that responsive.
