I ordered a keychain model, tracking numbers didn’t make sense due to being shipped from china but I got exactly what I ordered and had good communication with customer service about why certain models couldn’t be shipped.

I purchased a 1:2 B92F Model (Bretta M9), and I'm very happy with the quality! The paint quality feels awesome and is not cheap. The model, although small, has all the details you would expect. The mechanism is smooth and not too stiff. However, there are a few things I would like to mention as feedback. After using it for quite a while, I noticed that some part of the model's paint is peeling off. The paint coming off isn't the problem. I use mine very aggressively. However, one thing to mention was the fact that under the paint, the metal colour is golden/copper instead of steel, which was very disappointing. I like to see my weapon lose paint and gain scratches over time, but seeing copper colour under it doesn't look realistic. Another thing is that I noticed one small metal part of the model is very loose, and it keeps coming off. Other than that, the rest of the model looks amazing and clean, so I'm leaving a 5-star review!

100% legit company I ordered from the UK model AK1:2 model it's absolutely beautiful Brianna you are amazing keep up the good work you are a genuine company ignore all these negative reviews there's one problem once you get one you then want more lol because the quality is amazing

Really impressive product.
The shipment took a while to send and missed the expected shipping window. But it did arrive, and it is a really impressive model. I've seen a lot of toy guns and this is not it. It's almost a replica, albeit scaled-down and non-functional. It's really impressive. My son wanted it as a gift. He loves it. Customer support has been responsive .

Wrong item delivered, ignored since.
I ordered 2 models. A 2:1 P226, and a 3/4 B92F. Order took a few weeks to arrive but they shipped a different item which I have no interest in. Quality wise, they are really quite good however, I didn't get the items I paid for. They have been ignoring my communications thus far with only one email reply to ask for a picture of the item I received. After that, zero, no response. I have now logged a dispute with my card provider. 2 stars because if you get what you ordered, then quality seems to be quite good.
