Dragon Medical One Desktop: The application was once actually pretty predictable but the current version reminds me of glitchy free-ware. The difference is the real money I have paid to use it. The biggest issue is that when you move the cursor in the dictation box there is about a 30% chance that when you start dictating, that is where the text will show up. Sometimes it shows up in random places taking my time to correct or the new trick is starting one place then moving elsewhere within the document. Annoying - Yes. In a medical setting where this may actually affect treatment plans this is seriously dangerous. I have had pretty much no luck with support. Pretty expensive headache at this point... many of the FREE medical AI programs are almost as good and many times have a better, more up to date medical vocabulary including medication names. My children would call this: EPIC FAIL!

Delusione e amarezza per promesse non mantenute…
Ho una diagnosi dell'apparato uditivo compatibile con le promesse dei Nuance e così ho affrontato un investimento non indifferente visto che li ho anche configurati con lenti progressive EssilorLuxottica XR series. L'esperienza visiva è buona, ma non avevo dubbi viste le mie esperienze passate; purtroppo, l'esperienza uditiva è negativa, non ho apprezzato miglioramenti, ma soprattutto sono deluso ed amareggiato per l'assistenza Clienti, inesistente, che non si è neanche degnata di chiamarmi per comprendere ed eventualmente aiutarmi ad avere il meglio dal dispositivo. Consiglio vivamente di riflettere a lungo prima di procedere all'acquisto.

Ho speso 1.600,00 dopo 1 anno e 3 mesi mentre li indossavo si è rotta una delle 2 asticella senza che io avessi fatto niente. Nonostanze la garanzia di 2 anni che copre solo difetti di fabbrica non cè stato niente da fare. 1.600 euro buttati. Stavo valutando di comprare gli occhiali Meta ma dopo questa esperienza...mai più acquisti di questo tipo. Sono in plastica e come tutti gli occhiali le asticelle hanno durata limitata solo che questi occhiali oltre a costare moltissimo di più hanno i meccanismi elettronici all'interno, quindi li puoi praticamente buttare.

I've used older versions of Dragon since 2004. I was forced to upgrade to Dragon 16, which is terrible.

Not keeping up to date with changes in technology!
I have been using Dragon Dictate for a long time. I found Dragon 15 glitchy, so I upgraded to 16, which costs an extra €400 so €800 in total when we include the original and the upgrade! I still found it wasn't as accurate as it used to be. It wasn't picking up a lot of the words I was saying, so I spent a lot of time trying to train it. It's also very glitchy; sometimes it doesn't work in some programmes, and you have to reboot your entire computer! Many problems arise when using Google as the Dragon extension for Chrome; it sometimes does not work. So you end up having to shut Chrome down and restart it! I've complained a few times over the years with no response! Anyway, made the decision today to move away from Dragon Dictate and go with a far superior product called Blip AI!
