The fact that you can create an account without KYC it´s comfortable to begin, the multi chain function is super convenient and fees are actually low.the number of dApps that can be accessed is really nice and there are two DEXs already integrated.The customer support is really helpful and attentive.I´m actually impresed by the amount of features and the good work put into it

I contacted support and response was very timely. It was my first time trying a swapping operation on Nufi and, I was helped by Ben who knows his field of operation extensively. Insights were given in first response that immediately pointed to the issue. Problem solved very simply.

Missing 'De-staking' Feature, But Good Customer Service and Platform
Update (April 3rd, 2026)*: the nu.fi platform does not allow you to de-stake from it like the Adalite.io platform does. For me, staking (Cardano) was my primary use for the Adalite.io and nu.fi platforms. Being able to de-stake is extremely important to me. This is why I am downgrading my previous 5 star review to 2 stars. The expectation when moving to nu.fi from Adalite was that nu.fi would have all of the features of Adalite. It is disappointing that it does not. Original review: I contacted customer service and Ben was a great help in addressing my questions. I had recently switched to the Nu.Fi platform from Adalite, and had some uncertainties about the available features of Nu.Fi as well as what the overall differences between the two platforms were. Ben was super helpful in explaining the features and these differences and now I'm much more comfortable with the Nu.Fi platform. Additionally, Nu.Fi as a platform is sleek, intuitive, easy to navigate, and understand. I'd recommend it. For someone who just uses the platform for staking Cardano, it meets all my needs, but the capacity and depth of Nu.Fi goes way beyond just that. Check it out! - Zach B.
