AVOID THIS COMPANY — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I strongly advise against buying from this company. I purchased an Estée Lauder Goddess product and, despite it being advertised as coming with a brush, the brush was missing from my order. As I use this product regularly, this was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, I was also supposed to receive a free gift with my purchase, which never arrived either. So not only was my order incomplete, but the promised promotional gift was also missing. What has been even more frustrating is the absolutely appalling customer service. Trying to get these issues resolved has been an incredibly frustrating experience, with a complete lack of helpfulness and very poor communication. For me, customer service is just as important as the product itself, and this company has completely failed on that front. After this experience, I certainly will not be purchasing from them again and would strongly recommend others think twice before doing so.

I would like to introduce you to my services experience. After alomost 3 weeks of awaiting for my order. aprox . 17 items. Today was a day when I collected this package after 3th attempt. This is absolutely insane what actually happens. First package was cancelled for no reason by Evri. No information from Evri or Notino, if not my curiosity why is this long I won't even know what was actually happens. Second - damaged and returned to Notino directly by DPD. Again no comunication at all. This one- third collected on the Post Office is not complete. The are 3 missing items. On the top of that a water spray was open and there is less product in the bottle.... Some of the other products are wet. My actual experience is not only bad, but also disappointing and frustrating. You cant even imagine! After this circumstances I definitely won't be buying anything else from Notino - NEVER AGAIN . Ps. If u at least once spoke to their customer service personnel, do not expect that they will give u some discount for bad experience. And do not expect that u are requesting something that is completely fine to ask for redelivery or replacement, or discount. They will actually give u impression that u are overreacting and promised contact by their manager also won't be happening.
