Sisters are doing it for themselves…
Sisters are doing it for themselves (made possible by the incredible Dr Tolga (North Western clinic) in Turkey). My sister and I travelled from the UK to Istanbul to have procedures (one a neck and lower face lift and the other a full facial, temporal lift and Blepharoplasty (upper and lower)). We were collected at the airport and greeted at the hospital by beautiful Beyza who instantly made us feel very comfortable. On this first day we had thorough medical tests done to ensure surgery was a safe option. We remained in hospital overnight and our procedures went ahead the following day. We remained in hospital for our second night as a precaution having undergone surgery. Day two we were transported to a medical hospital for the rest of our stay. We were checked on by Beyza in person on day four (she was contactable by phone 24/7 to answer any query). Day six we had another consultation with Dr Tolga (hand held by Bayza) whilst Dr Tolga reviewed our progress and removed the main plasters. My sister and I were both delighted when we saw the early results. Obviously, the swelling will last for some weeks to come but the difference from pre to post surgery was astounding. Thank you Dr Tolga and the North Western team for our transformation. If we had known the results we could expect, we would have both invested in the surgery with Dr Tolga, years ago. He is an incredible plastic surgeon and we are so happy to have trusted him for our transformation.

Flawless results and a life-changing experience!
My cosmetic surgery results have exceeded my expectations! ✨ I cannot thank Dr Tolga Aksan, Rumeysa, Beyza and Hasan enough. They are truly outstanding in their professions. The overall care and attention I received was better than I could have ever imagined. They made my transformative journey so easy. I am a 57 year old lady from the UK. I underwent a DPFNL with upper and lower blepharosplasty and temporal lift. I wanted to share my experience with anyone considering doing this; I am absolutely delighted with the results - my husband says I look 35 again. My neck is now smooth, my jawline defined and my jowls completely gone. I love how bright my eyes have become; I can finally use eyeshadows without it creasing into loose skin. I am overjoyed with the results. I feel like a new woman! The cost was incredibly good value. It was much less than other quotes from less experienced surgeons. I had almost went with another surgeon who was charging double the price. He wasn't including the fabulous post operative accommodation that I received through Northwestern Clinic. I stayed at the beautiful Antwell Suites (the only medical hotel in Turkey). The large apartment style rooms come with a buzzer by the bed, with another in the huge shower for emergency nurse assistance 24/7. I loved it there, it was so peaceful, please Google it. It made my first few days following surgery much more comfortable and I felt so safe. The team checked in on me daily until I departed for the UK. The surgery takes place in a modern regional hospital in Sancaktepe. The large hospital suites have a double sofa bed for a friend or family member to stay with you. Personally, I don't think you need it. My husband kindly came out for the last three days and joined me at the Antwell Hotel. Which he loved - indoor pool, gym, yoga, games room, 5* breakfast, etc.. The standard of care from the team is impeccable from start to finish. They really care about your journey. And it shows 🤍 Everything was seamless. The VIP transfers, professional pre-operative tests, attentive communication. My experience was first class. Thank you Northwestern Clinic. You have changed my life! Special shout out to Beyza x💐

I am a 62 year old female and in March…
I am a 62 year old female and in March 2026 had a deep plane face and neck lift, upper and lower blephorplasty, lip lift and temporal lift. The experience was first class, I recovered very well and am over the moon with my results. I am considering another procedure and would definitely go back to Northwestern for this.

Hi everyone, On the 4th of April 2026, I had a neck and deep face lift, blepharoplasty up and down and a temporar lift. These procedures were done by Dr. Tolga Aksan. I am doing this review after 3 months, specifically I left these 3 months to pass without writing a review so see if there are any improvements, and to see the final result, the final results are between 3-6 months. I don’t have words to thank the coordinator Beyza and Dr. Tolga for their kindness and how professional they were. The surgery was a success and I am very happy I chose North Western Clinic and Dr. Tolga to help me improve my every day confidence and happiness. I don’t have words to thank Beyza as well again, she was so helpful and whenever I had a problem even at 2 am, she answered my call and helped me without once complaining or being bothered. For this reason I thank you so much! I am thinking of returning for a septorhinoplasty in a couple of months because I have a lot of trust in Dr. Tolga and his team. About the hospital, the nurses were really nice and helped me every time i needed help. The hospital was very clean as well. The hotel I stayed in was a 5 star hotel and I was very pleased to stay there. The breakfast was included, there was a medical room downstairs as well. When I needed medical assistance I was able to receive help very fast. If you are planning on ever doing a face lift or any plastic surgery, contact North Western Clinic without any hesitation. You will not regret it. Don’t come without any worry because everything will be perfect. They also picked us up from the airport and dropped us to the hospital, then from the hospital to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport back. I highly recommend North Western Clinic…
I cannot recommend North Western Clinic highly enough. After researching surgical options for over 18 months, I narrowed my choices from eight clinics down to two. Ultimately, my decision was influenced by Dr. Tolga, his coordinator Rumeysa, and, most importantly, the opportunity to speak with several women who had already undergone surgery with the clinic, as well as others who were preparing for their procedures. Being able to follow their experiences gave me great confidence, and every account I encountered was overwhelmingly positive. My surgical journey began on 23rd May 2026 and included an arm lift, removal of 20-year-old breast implants with a breast uplift (without replacement implants), and an upper blepharoplasty. One of my greatest concerns was the quality of the closures and resulting scars, as I had seen some disappointing outcomes elsewhere. However, Dr. Tolga’s attention to detail and surgical skill are exceptional. The results so far have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Tolga is a calm and reserved professional who clearly prioritises patient safety and ethical practice above all else. His approach is meticulous, and he will not recommend or perform procedures that he believes are inappropriate. For example, he declined to perform a facelift alongside my other procedures, explaining that it would be too much surgery at one time. I greatly respected and appreciated his honesty and commitment to my wellbeing. I returned home on 29th May and have experienced no complications. Remarkably, I have had very little discomfort and virtually no pain throughout my recovery. The level of care and communication provided by the team has been outstanding. Regardless of the time of day, any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, providing reassurance throughout the process. While my primary contact was Rumeysa, who was consistently attentive and supportive, Beyza was equally wonderful—kind, caring, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Both played a significant role in making my experience smooth and stress-free. The hospital itself is a fully equipped medical facility with intensive care, imaging services, and an emergency department, offering an added level of reassurance. It is also fully insured, reflecting the clinic’s commitment to patient safety. The hotel accommodation was excellent. We chose to pay a little extra for a room with a separate lounge area, which proved to be well worth the investment, particularly when travelling with a companion. From my initial enquiries through to my recovery, my experience with Northwestern Clinic has been exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tolga and his team to anyone considering surgery and encourage prospective patients to research the clinic for themselves.
