SCAM. Do not enter card details
SCAM. Do not purchase. You will not receive anything I made an order on 31st October 2023 and got a Receipt #1288-7303. My order never arrived nor did my emails get answered or phone called answered. I no longer want your product and would like a refund please. My back was charged £52.80 and no items arrived and no communication sent. If I could I would give 0 star

Thank you. Kind regards, Cathy This company is a total rip off and I am terribly disappointed. I have had the above responses to my many inquiries about a total of 4 orders I placed with them. If anyone endeavors to pursue prosecution of this company, please send me the information to file a claim. I believe this would be a felony since losses total more than $5,000 of items not received by customers like me. It would be wonderful to make an example of these people and jail and fine them. I am sure they will burn...

My purchase was made on November 29, 2023 a receipt of ($52.97) was provided. Dec. 15, 2023 I sent a email to inquire of the date of arrival. I received an email with an international tracking number instructions to check with my local postal office. As well as, to wait 5 to 7 more days, if not received then contact them again. I did such, still no package. I sent an email asking to provide me with which local postal service they used. When they were unable to do so, I requested a full refund and cancellation of the order. They claimed it was delivered to my address and ask me to check my mailbox. I replied, the product I purchased would not fit in the mailbox. My security camera does not show any delivery that week. I ask, which day and time? No replied to that question. I was constantly, being told to wait another 5 to 7 days. Each time I ask for someone to call me. Not one reply about calling, nor did I receive a call. I just want a full refund. They offered me 60% refund to continue to wait for the delivery. I said, no. I would like a full refund. Below is the recent email I received. ---------------- Dear customer, Sorry to keep you waiting, we have submitted your refund request. Please kindly wait for 5-7 more business days. If you still do not receive it,please feel free to contact us anytime. ---------------- It is now February 10th and no product or refund. BEWARE… THIS COMPANY NORSKLA IS A SCAM Date of experience: November 29, 2023
