Nordstrom’s Exceptional Customer Service is…
Nordstrom’s Customer Service is superior to any other department store. I had an incredible experience with Adrianna in Customer Service today in which she went the extra step to satisfy my concern and I greatly appreciate her caring enough to go the extra mile. I will enjoy my Ambassador membership for years ahead if the company continues to offer such high end services. Thank you Nordy!

Horrible! Every time I go into Nordstrom, they don’t have products available and they talk you into ordering them for you and then it takes forever for them to come in. And if you have them shipped to store thinking that’s easier it’s a horrible experience because the customer service people never know what’s going .

A Wonderful Customer Care Experience
Each time I’ve gone into Nordstrom it has been a wonderful experience. I’ve gone into Women’s clothing, perfumes, and makeup the most. My brother and I have gone into perfumes and colognes to check out seasonal scents and received great assistance. When I’ve gone into Women’s clothing I’ve always been asked if I needed assistance and have been helped and checked on when I’ve been in a dressing room to determine if I needed another size or item. Customer service assistants were friendly and professional and created an overall pleasant atmosphere. I and my mother have both had our makeup done by several different makeup artists for different occasions. Here is part of the note I sent to the local store manager: My mother and I recently had the pleasure of having our makeup done at your Nordstrom store in Jacksonville. While it wasn’t our first time shopping at this location, it was our first time receiving services—and I’m still thinking about how wonderful the experience was. I’ve had great customer service at Nordstrom in the past, but nothing quite prepared me for the care, warmth, and professionalism we received. Sommer, Lila, Ashley, Tawanda, Joey, and Kenyana are a fantastic team and truly talented artists. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in a way I’ve honestly never felt this fully before in a retail environment. They offered thoughtful tips and guidance on skincare and makeup application, and their confidence and skill in selecting products and applying them put me at ease. What touched me most was hearing my mother laughing and enjoying herself—and then watching her beam with self-confidence when she saw her final look. I am happy to recommend Nordstrom and their staff in Jacksonville.
