Terrible communication
Placed an order for five items, only received 2 of them. I asked for an explanation and they told me "don't worry we will ship when we can". Two months later I wrote them again asking if there was any problem and if they had any expected delivery date: no answer. One more month passed and I wrote them again: no answer. On more month and I told them I would open a PayPal ticket if they didn't answer. Guess what? No answer. In the end I got a refund via PayPal for the items I didn't receive, but all in all I ended up paying too much for what they sent me. Also: miniatures look good but infantry and cavalry are different scale (no idea why) and the resin they use is very brittle

C'est une escroquerie! J'ai passé commande, et payé, fin février. Nous sommes le 14 mai et je n'ai rien reçu. Aucune réponse à mes mails. Fuyez comme la peste ce site même s'ils vous tentent avec des figurines originales. Personnellement, j'ai commandé des 10mm pour compléter mes armées d'Impériaux. ¡Esto es una estafa! Hice mi pedido y pagué a finales de febrero. Es 14 de mayo y no he recibido nada. No hay respuesta a mis correos electrónicos. Evita este sitio como la peste, incluso si te tientan com figuras originales. Personalmente, pedí algunos de 10 mm para complementar mis ejércitos imperiales. This is a scam! I ordered and paid at the end of February. It's now May 14th and I haven't received anything. No response to my emails. Avoid this site like the plague, even if they tempt you with original miniatures. Personally, I ordered 10mm miniatures to complete my Imperial armies.

One of the worst companies
My order was only shipped after multiple follow-ups and more than six months of waiting. When the ordered bundle arrived, it was missing the two most important items. I then spent two years regularly sending emails about it. At first, I was told I would receive the missing products, but I no longer get any response since a year.
