I was so surprised to see that their custom name necklace changed in colour within few months!!!! It was golden and now it’s silver!!!

Truly non-tarnish and fab customer service
The pieces are gorgeous and high quality. I have a stack of 4 gold bracelets that I have worn for 6 months straight - in the shower, working out, yardwork - I literally have not taken them off once. No tarnishing. No chipping. The price is so worth it for life time warranty and jewelry I can wear 24/7. They have really good sales, too. I’ve already made 2 additional purchases since my first. I bought essential hoops earrings, which I also wear everyday now. And I have a third shipment of necklaces on the way. I had an issue where my oval hoop stopped clicking/locking into place. I emailed support and in less than 5 minutes, I got a response and a solution. 5 minutes!! Shout out to Mohamed over in the customer support. I am truly obsessed with this company. I’m working my way to decking myself out head to toe in nominal!

Outstanding Products and Customer Service
I am a repeat customer and have been blown away by the beauty and quality of everything I've ordered. Everything is thoughtfully packed, wrapped, labeled, and delivered. I wear some of their rings, both gold and silver tone, every day. I haven't noticed any tarnish or allergic reaction from the metal. Their customer service is outstanding, fast to respond and has come through for me on several occasions. Thank you!
