Support Silences People READ BEFORE BUYING
What I’ll say before is that this isn’t my first time purchasing from noble cheats, I genuinely think they are a good provider but they seriously need to improve on this. I understand it is pretty degenerate to be writing to a support team and asking for help regarding game cheats but this is the first time I’ve done it. This all happened today, August 30th. I open my first ticket in their discord and this guy playing fivem while responding to tickets accepts it. I saw some reviews saying he helps fast and does a good job, so thinking im in good hands I was pretty happy. Turns out I was wrong. He probably responded to me 3-4 times total over the course of the next 4 hours (on top of the 3 that I spent troubleshooting myself before) Again, my very first time ever making a ticket literally regarding anything (funny it’s when I need help cheating at a game) My first ticket that I open he responds and then stops talking to me. After I @ him a few times he responds again with something that just doesn’t help me at all. I message him a few times after that, still nothing. Then I eventually get the menu to actually load into the game for the first time (completely by myself, none of his solutions worked or even made sense), thinking it’ll work and that im good to go. Turns out I was wrong, only thing that worked is the fov circle. Literally the only thing. And The whole reason behind why I bought it (the esp) didn’t work. Neither did the aimbot but I don’t use that. Funny thing is this is the second time I’ve ever tried to buy a cheat, I bought inferno first and it worked like a charm. Took me like 10 minutes at most to set up from buying to actually playing a game. Anyways, back to the guy who didn’t help me. After I made it work without him helping me with literally anything and seeing that the one feature I wanted (as well as everything else) didn’t work, I was truly disappointed. I mean I had wasted half my day trying to save like 10 dollars and going with the cheaper option, as well as not even having a working cheat to use. And for the dude that didn’t help me, the only thing he responded to me with after I wrote to him and ended up pinging just to see if he would respond is “Stop ping!”. I mean, are you kidding me? Imagine having the audacity to do that. You’re telling me you get paid to not respond to someone needing your help AT ALL and just yell at them to stop pinging you? Its not like I was spam pinging him, I pinged him twice over the course of 4 hours. Dude sign me up for this job, I think I’d be amazing at it. I mean now I understand why people get so frustrated with support after experiencing it first hand. And that was literally after me just asking him to swap a key out for a working one, I even wrote that I wouldn’t mind the new key being less time, I just didn’t want my money to go to waste. Zero response. Also if you’re reading this and thinking “Oh why didn’t this guy just make a new ticket” well I did and that was my second ticket right there. That guy literally claimed it himself and calmly responded with “What do you need help with?” As if he didn’t speak to me an hour ago in my first ticket. Then all of that ended up unfolding. Is it really that hard to swap out my key for a working cheat? You have all the info and the ability to do it. Not like im asking for a free key i literally paid 20 dollars for it. Anyway, I hope someone’s money and time can be spared through this review. Rethink your choice about buying a cheat for siege, and if you do decide to go down this degenerate rabbit hole buy inferno, it’ll work and is easy to set up. You’ll save yourself money and a headache. I also hope that someone’s from noblecheats can swap my key out but based off what occurred in their support server I doubt anyone from there will even see this message. It’s already been over an hour since my last message in that ticket and that guy still hasn’t responded, he just hopped on another fivem and started playing that instead of doing his job he’s literally paid to do. Genuinely an atrocious experience. Again, I’ll gladly delete this review if someone just reaches out and swaps out my key. After all, I paid for it. Update: he just responded nearly 3 hours after my last message saying “do what i said” when I did everything he asked me to do and clearly stated that in my response. Guys clearly not even reading my message and is just taking his sweet time responding with whatever he feels like. What an ego. He ended up closing the ticket after not even helping me, again he’s literally paid to do this and gets away with doing nothing. Update 2: I got kicked from the discord after literally speaking freely and saying everything that happened, zero rules broken. Then someone else from the support responded to me, I explained what happened and they literally acknowledged the fact that the original guy was ghosting me, they unadded me right after.

i ordered a NFA rust account, then i received nothing (NFA HTTP 500: ERROR: Service temporarily unavailable) then i made a ticket in their support discord server, the owner said they delivered a NFA account to my email and after and 30 minutes of checking i didnt get anything, i told them i didnt get anything and they just closed the ticket without any reason.
