NOBA Customer Support provided an…

NOBA Customer Support provided an extremely disappointing customer service experience. Instead of giving me a genuine update about my refund, they sent essentially the exact same email again twice, word for word. This made it seem as though my messages had not been properly read. NOBA had communicated a refund processing timeframe of 21 business days. However, my refund has now been outstanding since 14 July, and 31 business days have passed beyond that date. Despite this, I continue to receive vague statements that the refund is “InProgress” and will be finalized “shortly,” without a concrete date, explanation, or Transaction ID. The contrast is particularly frustrating: NOBA was able to collect my payment without difficulty, but has failed to return the money owed to me within its own stated timefram. I expected a respectful, serious, and substantive response, but instead received another copy-pasted template message. I would not recommend relying on NOBA’s. It’s a scam!

Clothes arrived with the tags cut out 😵‍💫

Clothes arrived with the tags noticeably cut out. Don't know how to care for them, not even sure where they came from. Don't even know if they've been worn before. Company said they would issue a partial refund, waited 21 days, nothing but an email saying its been escalated internally..... waited another 10 days, nothing but another email.....waiting more days..... nothing. You will get an email reply (prob AI), but that is the most you can hope for. Truly, I see that they are rated 1.2 stars and I don't even know how they got the .2. I actually can't believe they're allowed to operate like this. Wish I had researched them further, but if they gave me anything other than a bad experience, it was a lesson that I will research every online company going forward - before purchasing.

Horrendous- items from china so return…

Horrendous- items from china so return is impossible. They let you return but offer reductions until you are apparently in breach of their policy for returns. So it’s all a fraud. Steer very clear. It’s taken 9 months to get half my money back.

In fact, this month alone, we have successfully handled 50+ exchange cases, which demonstrates that our return and exchange process is genuine and actively used by our customers. We understand that you may have had a frustrating experience, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from making accusations of fraud, as they do not accurately represent our business or the experience of the many customers we assist successfully. We respectfully object to your statement and remain willing to review your specific case if you provide us with your order details on our only official email for communication.

AVOID!

I ordered an item which was received on time as expected. When trying to return it became apparent that it would be difficult, however they offered to refund 40% of the order price and I could keep the item. Since then I have received the same standard email response claiming it is with their finance team for review. Looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the only one!
