The absolute worst customer service I…
The absolute worst customer service I have seen period. Frankly I don’t even know if the “people/agents” are even real of if they’re just Ai or Bots cause their responses are certainly indicative of such. Cold robotic unfeeling responses with absolutely no genuine car or regard for the customer. Years ago they used to be more helpful but nowadays not so much.

My son and I are absolutely furious and devastated by Niantic’s complete disregard for their players! For days now, we have been endlessly trying to log into our old Pokémon GO account. We invested years of our lives, immense effort, and built a massive collection—thousands of Pokémon—that my child and I gathered together! We have tried literally every possible login method: Google, Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC), and every linked service. Every single time, we get the same infuriating error: 'There is no account associated with this username.' Are you serious?! The account just vanished into thin air as if we never existed! My child is heartbroken, and our years of hard-won progress have been completely wiped out. Support is useless, the login system is utterly broken, and the developers clearly do not care about loyal players who supported their game for years. This isn't just a technical glitch; it's total negligence and disrespect towards your customers. Restore access to our account and fix your broken authentication system! Terrible service and a complete disappointment!

My account of ten years has been permanently banned. It was hacked and linked to a new email and I can’t speak to a real person to recover this. Ten years and hundreds of pounds down the drain.
