Ring no longer pairs to phone, only three months old.
I was given this ring as a gift in May. It has worked ok up to now however charge did not last long and data would sometimes disappear and reappear. This weekend (three months later) it has stopped pairing with my phone. I sent an email to the support address and it keeps bouncing back. After reading reviews here and on other sites, it looks like I won't be able to get a refund or any customer service help.

DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY!! Scam! I have been after a refund for 9 months. This includes repeated requests for videos of the problem. These have been submitted. If you read the responses they are all alike proving that they have ZERO intention of making this right. This has been a great rip off and more than frustrating experience Shame!

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would have. Charge does not last more than 12 hours, I attempted to get a refund and after jumping through several ridiculous hoops, they eventually told me to send another 50€ for postage and they would supply me a new one. I had purchased the ring less than a month ago. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I measured for my ring size 5 times according to their website. I also, was never emailed a receipt. I wemt to their website and used the email for it to bounce back. I found an online review of smart rings which recommended this ring. All so disappointing.

Had I known this was manufactured and shipped from China I never would have place the order I paid for expedited postage it arrived two weeks later . The ring doest fit Nor does it keep its bluetooth connection The quality is poor It feels cheap When I asked for a refund - this is the response I got! Buyer beware! We sincerely apologize that our products did not meet your expectations. As we value our customers' shopping experience, we would like to offer you two solutions: 1.A refund of 10% of your order value while keeping the product. 2.Return the item for a refund, with the following conditions: You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both initial delivery and return shipping to Hong Kong) A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund The return process takes approximately one month Return shipping costs are approximately £35 (please check with your local post office for exact rates) You must provide tracking information Refund will be processed after we receive the item Please note: If the international package is held by customs and cannot be cleared, we will be unable to process any refund as we have not received the returned item Please let us know your preferred option so we can provide either the refund or return address.
