Nexen and Hyundai Tucson 2024 N-line…
My Hyundai Tucson 2024 N-line has done 31000km and needs all 4 Nexen tyres replacing - the tread looks as if it is peeling and cracking. Not covered by Hyundai - do not buy Nexen tyres!!

Same as Gerry who has just posted,I have a Hyundai Kona from new with Nexen Blue S tyres and done 5414 miles and all tyres have split along the tread badly, would be mot failure.Complained and they sent the tyres to Nexen-Stapletons for analysis,I had to buy 4 new tyres first-Nexen, after 9 weeks waiting I got answers yesterday and they said they were over inflated!!!!! How can that be,I check my tyres after month and they have sensors which always confirm my readings, never over inflated Hyundai states 2.5 bar cold and then when used they go to 2.6 sometimes 2.7 bar which is what Hyundai recommend Maybe Nexen tyres should not be at these Hyundai settings and if so Hyundai are to blame as is Nexen Something is wrong and I intend to find out as I think the Hyundai customer is being ripped off bad tyres and company -Nexen are rubbish

I bought a new Hyundai Kona EV with Nexen Tyres and the car has been in for its first service. I have done 13,000 KMs or approximately 8,000 miles. I was extremely surprised that each tyre has tread cracking. This normally happens with age, driving with wrongly inflated tyres. The tyres are dated 2025 and I have checked tyre pressure weekly. The tyres are not covered by the car manufacturers warranty.

Terrible tyres
Terrible tyres - too soft sidewalls, affected handling of car and after 9 months/10k miles I got them changed for a different brand, and after the tyres were taken off, we could see the sidewall had separated on the inside of the tyre only on one side of the tyre, on the tyre positioned at the rear passenger (left) side. The tyres were always kept inflated to 42-43 psi and never allowed to go low pressure so this was simply due to poor quality of tyre. Nexen nfera sport 235/35/ZR20 92Y extra load tyres on a Tesla model 3 performance.

Terrible Tire quality, Even WORSE Customer Service
I bought a 2025 Jeep Wrangler in November with these tires on it. After just 11,200 miles, all four tires showed signs of dry-rot, and one of them separated, causing a flat tire. When I filed my claim, it was denied. The acknowledge "There are several issues going on with these tires" but "we are unable to approve any claim on these tires". Less than 12,000 miles later, I'm replacing ALL 5 tires on my Jeep (including the spare) at my own expense. Needless to say, it will not be with Nexen tires. I will never have these tires on another vehicle I own, ever. If I buy new again, I'll be IMMEDIATELY replacing the tires with a more reputable brand.
