Napisano iz srca: Naše putovanje od 12 godina i tim koji je napravio razliku. Naša borba za potomstvo trajala je dugih 12 godina. Tokom tog perioda, prošli smo kroz brojne klinike u Nemačkoj i Pragu, misleći da smo videli i iskusili sve što savremena medicina može da ponudi. Međutim, tek kada smo došli u kliniku New Life IVF u Grčkoj, shvatili smo šta zaista znači vrhunska stručnost spojena sa neverovatnom ljudskošću i empatijom. Ono što izdvaja ovu kliniku od svih ostalih jeste nivo profesionalizma i stoprocentna dostupnost tima kakvu nigde ranije nismo doživeli. Sve je počelo zahvaljujući dr Aleksandri Dimitrijević. Ona je bila pokretač celog ovog procesa i osoba koja je, u trenucima kada je nama ponestajalo snage, verovala u uspeh više nego mi sami. Genetičarka Dr. Aleksandra nam nije bila samo lekar; bila nam je neverovatna moralna podrška, dostupna u svakom trenutku – pa čak i u svom privatnom vremenu. Ne postoje reči kojima bismo mogli da opišemo koliko smo zahvalni što su nam se putevi ukrstili sa njenim i dugujemo joj jedno ogromno i neizmerno hvala za sve. U samoj klinici, Dr. Pantelis Athanasios je ostavio fascinantan utisak na nas. Pre svega, on je lekar izuzetnog strpljenja. U ovakvoj situaciji gde ste često preplavljeni strahovima i pitanjima, Dr. Pantelis je pokazao vrhunski profesionalizam u svakom pogledu, detaljno vodeći računa o svakom koraku našeg procesa i nije odustao od nas. Tražio je rešenje za naš problem i bio velika podrška. Posebno želimo da istaknemo koordinatorku Tijanu. U sistemima u Nemačkoj i Češkoj navikli smo na čekanje i hladnu administraciju. Tijana je sušta suprotnost tome. Njena ljubaznost i konstantna dostupnost su nas ostavile bez teksta – na svaki naš imejl odgovarala je gotovo trenutno, pružajući nam sigurnost i mir i podršku koji su u ovom procesu neprocenjivi. Sama klinika New Life IVF je izuzetno moderna, opremljena po najvišim svetskim standardima, ali ono što joj daje pravu vrednost jesu ljudi koji u njoj rade. Ako tražite mesto gde niste samo broj na papiru, već ljudsko biće sa svojom pričom i nadom, ova klinika i ovaj tim su jedini pravi izbor. Hvala vam svima od srca što ste bili uz nas, a posebno se zahvaljuje naše malo srculence koje kuca već 13 nedelja!

When I reached out to NewLife in July…
When I reached out to NewLife in July 2023, Chrysa contacted me back within a few hours and organised a call for the next day. She was really positive about the Clinic being able to work with me and she asked me to arrange to come to Greece as soon as I could to begin taking the necessary steps. I met Dr Dovas, the Medical Director, when I visited and my patient coordinator, Dora. All the staff are amazing and really supportive. My baby is now 19 months old and I am so thankful to NewLife for making him possible.

The journey from Kragujevac to Greece, with the enormous support of dr. Aleksandra Dimitrijević and the expert team of the NEW LIFE IVF Greece clinic, was much easier than I could have imagined. The stay in Thessaloniki and the entire experience with the clinic was extremely positive. The entire team is expert, professional, but above all human - always ready to answer any question, calm fears and provide support at any time. It meant a lot to me that dr. Aleksandra Dimitrijević was with me through conversations, advice and support from the very beginning of this important journey. Their dedication to the patient exceeds all expectations - I felt seen, heard and sincerely supported at every step. Today I can say with pride and immense happiness - WE SUCCEEDED! I will become a mother of twins! Thanks to their knowledge, experience and care, my most cherished dream is coming true, and my gratitude is immeasurable.
