They are perpetrating a scam and a fraudulent practice. I just came in here to lay my complaints only to find that many other people have had the same experience. I saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a one-time fee of $9 to access to their platform and on route to checkout I rejected every additional request to upgrade or add features. However, a week later $49 was charged to the same card from them . And when I sent a mail to their mailbox a SOFIA was giving me shifting stories. I have reported this to the 1. Wyoming Attorney General (Consumer Protection Unit). 2. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
