Bought a turbo from this company
Bought a turbo from this company. It failed within 12 months. Turbo under warranty. Also had issues with delivery to me, and took over 3 weeks to get here, as not been posted as declared. I also had to send them my old turbo, which was part of the agreement. Sent mechanics report to Nerings as requested confirming turbo failure. They asked me to return the turbo. Asked them which address to return it too, as they have multiple addresses listed. They are now ignoring me & I have been left without a car for 2 months. I am contacting the UK EEC for cross border claims & I have also reported this company to Ebay. I would suggest anyone having issues with this company do the same. THEY ARE LIARS & SCAMMERS. Take your money and send you substandard parts. Please do not deal with this company.

Extremely disappointing experience – turbo from Latvia I purchased a turbo advertised with a 12-month warranty for around £430. After about 10 months, it developed a fault and I contacted the seller to claim under warranty. What followed has been extremely frustrating. I returned the turbo as requested, and it is now in the seller’s possession, but I still have no resolution. I was left without a car for a significant period, causing major disruption to my daily life. Despite repeated attempts to contact the seller, I was left chasing with no progress. Communication was very poor, with messages often ignored and promises not followed through. I also contacted eBay for assistance, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I have spent a large amount of time trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward warranty claim. When paying £450 for a part advertised with a 12-month warranty, you expect the seller to honour that warranty properly, respond in a timely manner, and provide a clear resolution when the product fails within the covered period. Overall, based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think very carefully before purchasing from this seller. The combination of poor communication, unresolved warranty claims, and the complications involved in returns and cross-border handling means there is a real risk that you may be left without support if something goes wrong.

Absolute Katastrophe Schaffen es nichtmal innerhalb einer Woche das Paket an dhl zu übergeben, obwohl am ersten Tag schon die Versand bestätigt wurde! Bestellung erfolgte natürlich mit dhl Express, verrechnet wurde es auch… Teile haben sehr schlechte Qualität, billiger China-schrott

varning för detta företag
fick dieselpumpen som ska vara helt genomgången och inställd i bänk, men efter att verkstaden inte fått den att fungera så skickade jag tillbaka den och ville ha pengarna tillbaka,det är 12 mån garanti på pumpen . men de vägrar och säger att den fungerar. mekanikerna som dömt ut pumpen är certifierade boschtekniker . efter veckor med skrivna meddelanden så skickas pumpen (jag gav upp) tillbaka till mig . de skickade inte tillbaka samma pump som jag först fick. varnar er för detta företag . de har tagit 7100 sek från oss och ebay har inte hjälpt till överhuvudtaget.
