Complete con artists, deposited 50 won over 500, tried to withdraw the 500 and it failed, said to use a different account. Tried said approved and the withdrawal went straight back into the online account. Contacted them received a response citing technical difficulties and to try again, i lodged anothet 500 withdrawal and with the remaining 50 thought might as well. "Won" another 450 so now over 900 sat with them but even though another withdrawal approved straight back into the online account. Pointed out plenty of deposit options but only 2 to withdraw, advised my withdrawal method wasnt supported but they accepted it that way. Now stopped responding. Rip off company, avoid!

I signed up to Neptune Play expecting a fair betting experience, but that expectation didn’t last long. After placing just two bets, I suddenly found that every subsequent bet I tried to place was declined without any clear explanation. There was no warning, no transparency, and no meaningful response from support when I reached out. It’s incredibly frustrating to be effectively blocked from using a service after barely getting started. If there are restrictions or limits, they should be clearly communicated upfront—not enforced arbitrarily after minimal activity. Overall, this feels misleading and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend Neptune Play to anyone looking for a reliable betting platform.
