DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I spent $600 on a chair that never arrived, months of back and forth messages and they refusing to refund me, they are a complete SCAM!!!!

Who is the online regulator for customers to report this cowboy company
Bought an outside light in Feb - wasn’t suitable -contacted neora immediate to send back and get refund - they asked for photos of item etc which I sent them and was perfect - they offered to refund 10% plus a discount on next purchase . Declined offer and the offered 20% refund and discount off next purchases - this went back and forth until it reached 40% refund and discount and since I declined that and requested a copy of their refund policy I have been fibbed off citing it has been escalated … surely there is some regulatory body that can be contacted to protect buyers online from this sort of unethical practice - reading review online customers are being taken for idiots and no comeback to Neora - does anyone know of such a regulatory body? The light only cost €60 but it’s the principal and I’m not letting it go as clearly a cowboy outfit who is continually getting away with it

Buyer beware of Nerora! Scam company.
Should be a category for zero stars because that's what this company deserves. I ordered a bath / shower mat which supposedly was non-slip. It took almost a month for it to arrive and when I received it it was as thin as a piece of paper rolled up and sit in the palm of my hand. When I unrolled it I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. I immediately tried to return it by following the directions on the website which tell you to send an email for an RMS number to initiate the return. I followed the instructions exactly and heard nothing I repeatedly tried multiple times to reach them. There is a phone number on their website as well which was not working as many times as I called it. This company is not trustworthy it is unprofessional and I would highly recommend no one purchase anything from them unless you want to waste your money and risk never being able to return it or use it for that matter. Shame on this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered from them, have only received excuses from them after 3 months. Apologies for delays, still no product. A scam.
